Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza because I wanted to try them for the first time. Ordered online went in to pick up brought the pizza home both pizza had barely any cheese on them. I called up there saying I was going to bring the pizzas back and asked if they could make me more and they said no. I would have to bring the pizzas back and then wait for them to finish “all the other orders they had on the board”. Manager John was a complete jerk. He told me that it was cheese and as I scraped away at the burned bread the pepperonis wouldn’t even stick to because there was no cheese in those areas he insisted there was cheese there.. I asked for a refund at this point and went to the dominoes a littler further from my house and got the pizza made correctly. Will post pizza from their restaurant and the pizzas that actually have cheese from the one I went to.Big difference!

I used to order from this Dominos often but I have stopped since my last visit a few weeks ago. The pizzas I received barely had any cheese on them, so when I addressed the issue with the cook, he gave me a nasty attitude and told me that the pizzas were ok and the cheese had melted and it looked like that because of the dough he used, which it was completely false. I asked him to please fix the pizzas and he just sprinkled a little cheese on top and put them back in the oven. While I waited, more orders kept coming in and the guy got more frustrated, to the point that he started cussing out loud, screaming mother fying this, mother fying that. It was so awkward that I tried to talk to him so he would calm down but that didn’t work.
By the time the pizzas came out of the oven, they looked hideous, still didn’t have enough cheese and they were burned. But the cook was so angry that the last thing I wanted to do was to tell him I wasn’t going to take the pizzas. My son and I ended up throwing them away and ordered food from another store.
For me to leave a negative review takes a lot, I never do. But that situation was unacceptable.

This Domino’s Apopka location is clean inside out. The pizza is bit overcooked to the point that the vegetables looks like freeze dried and very less toppings thats not spread out evenly! False marketing said its a PROMO instead of $39.99 you’ll pay $9.99 but this aint the same quality as the regular pizza, absolutely you get what you pay for! Staffs are nice though and fast!!!

We order from this Dominos fairly regularly and are usually always happy with the pizzas. However today we ordered the offer ” any pizza any toppings for $9.99″. They should not be allowed to advertise this offer as we ordered a large pizza with 6 toppings and we had less than when we order 2 toppings. We literally had one or 2 toppings on each slice. Also it was ordered for 6pm pick up and when we arrived at 5.55pm it was already sitting on the hot plate and was cold by the time I got home. Will not be using this offer again.

I ordered and paid for extra cheese on my pizza, didn’t get it. Additionally there were only about 5 small pieces of mushroom across the whole pizza. Not a good value. I’ve ordered from all 3 domino’s pizza stores near me and all of them have this problem. Not one employee wants to do even the bare minimum. A poor value.

I felt the need to leave a review because it’s been a long time since I’ve been treated with such amazing customer service. This is my second time visiting this location since moving and I will gladly come again and recommend this to my friends in the area. Literally everyone was so nice and polite and my food came out within 10-15 minutes and tasted great.
10/10 would recommend.

The employees at this Dominoes are always so kind and take such good care of the food. We frequent this place for dinner very often and are never disappointed with take outs Our pizzas are always plenty hot and so delicious. The brownie cookie is also so good. This restaurant is always clean as well. The customer service is always great!

I’m a frequent flyer here! Domino’s has great rewards so I always stop by after school in the middle of the night. Every single time I go there I’m greeted with warm smiles and kind words. Jenna, Joe, and I believe Joseph is the family that runs the place and they are all so kind. While I don’t know anyone else’s names I’m always treated with care and can not recommend this location enough. The food is also always really good!
