Nice employees but I have had wrong pizzas more times than I have had correct ones. I’d like to say it’s the employees fault but I know they aren’t even paid enough to care. I order light sauce every single time and either get extra sauce or regular. I order extra cheese every time and rarely get that. I have wanted to post this for months but haven’t as I was still ordering but hoping for a change. After hundreds of dollars this will be the last time.

Placed an order on the app and then realized I forgot to order something. I called the store and asked if I could add it. I spoke to an actual human on the phone, not just the automated system. He informed us the wait for delivery would be longer than the app said so I told him I’d just come get it. He used the delivery charge towards the sandwich I added and said I could pay the remainder at pickup. My husband went to pick it up 40 minutes later just to be told they didn’t have an order in my name at all. After finally sorting it out, he had to sit and wait while they made our food.

I placed an order on my birthday, 04/04/23. I picked up the worst Domino’s that I have had in the 5 years that I have been ordering from this one. Not to mention my previous order took almost 2 hours to be ready for pick up. I showed up for pickup over an hour after I placed the order. It hadn’t even been prepped yet. So I waited another 45 minutes for it to be ready. I order from here frequently. My last order was a large 5 topping pizza that was missing the mushrooms. Which is disappointing because that’s the one topping that I really wanted. It was almost burnt and no garlic butter sauce on the crust(98% of the time there isn’t any) . The stuffed bacon & jalapeño bread was literally so dry I could barely eat it. No butter sauce on the outside, 4 jalapeños, NO CHEESE inside due to it either being cooked out or not put in to begin with. And a few pieces of bacon. The last 2 pieces on each end had NO toppings in it. And the 3rd item was a thin crust pepperoni & bacon pizza that you couldn’t decipher the topping from the cheese due to it all being the same burnt color. It was almost inedible. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I have been ordering at dominos for over a year now and my favorite item has to be the Chicken Alfredo pasta. That and the cheesey bread. Normally the place is good, but I generally like to deliver because picking up ends up taking 30-60 minuets longer then stated. I get it, it gets busy, especially whenever I order diner, but it can be annoying. On top of everytime I pick it up they mess up the order. So even though the delivery fee is around $6 I’ll stick to delivery. Plus ordering online I get 20% off most of the time and I like that since I like to stay around a $25-$30 budget. I also suggest the chesse stake sub toasted it’s pretty good.
