We were told the pizza needed to be made and asked to wait. When the pizza came out it only had a little cheese and didn’t taste fresh at all. I couldn’t order online for this store and when I called in I wasn’t offered any discounts. I paid over 40 dollars for two subpar large pepperoni pizzas.

Ordered in house. Unhelpful, my perception was the staff was too involved in online/app/etc. orders to help REAL PEOPLE IN THEIR FACES. Staffer told me they were a 5 star store…. looks like. 3.9 on google my boy.

Ordered at 9:50 pm. Tracker said pizza was out of the oven at 10:07. Tried calling the store, got stuck in an endless AI loop. No ability to speak with a human. Driver apparently left the store with it at 10:30. Tracker indicates he went to deliver another order in the opposite direction. 10:46 and no sign of him.

Skimpy on toppings but its inexpensive with coupons which maybe makes it a little more tolerable.

Sometimes they give you the wrong items so best to check before parting ways. Today I received bread bites + frosting instead of cinnamon bites and my pizza toppings were incorrect. Little frustrating.

The level of professionalism, timely management, and quality assurance given when receiving an order are always unmatched. Food quality is erratic, delivery people are not pleasant despite pre-tipping on app. Have also noticed that medium Dominos pizzas are the same size as SMALL 5-Star pizzas, and cost more. No bueno.

2nd time ordering delivery and its taken over an hour for a delivery window of less than 20mins. Both times I have received cold pizza. This was our go to for years but I will be looking elsewhere for a quick dinner option

While the Pizza is generally consistently good, tonight, it was a little undercooked in the center. It is a customer friendly store and I’m sure if I had taken it back to them they would have replaced.

Also, they are normally very quick to fill my order. However, tonight I saw at least 15 pizzas go out the door before mine, which is why I had to wait an extra 20 minutes beyond my normal wait time.

Honestly, It was kinda fun to hand cut the pizza with scissors myself. Less fun to spend an embarrassing amount of cash on extra pepperoni and get none. Other reviews seem kind of accurate, can’t lie. Lol
