The team is friendly and fast, and I have never waited more than 15 minutes for my order no matter how big or small it may be. We get at least six pizzas a week from this location and I will not go anywhere else!
I get directed to the most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken to ever. I explain to her that my frustration has nothing to do with her. It has to do nothing for do with her. And she hangs up me on 3 times in a row.
Go else where for pizza.,
I recently placed a delivery order. Within minutes, I noticed that Domino’s had charged my husband’s account twice for the same order, a total of $40.42 for a single transaction.
I called immediately and spoke with an employee named Madison. Instead of showing concern for a clear billing error, she told me she didn’t see any duplicate charges and that I should “call my bank.” When I reiterated that I could see both charges on the account, her exact words were, “I’m not trying to have an attitude, but I ain’t seeing nothing on my end,” claiming her manager told her this. She then admitted she was the “manager”, but passed me off to another manager, Jasmyna, from a different location.
Jasmyna was equally dismissive, stating, “I don’t see anything on my end, so I don’t know what else to tell you,” while snickering in the background. No one offered to double check the credit card slips or even to apologize. When I asked for the second employee’s name, I was met with laughter and the excuse, “I don’t work at this store, so I don’t know her name.”
I was honestly in shock that employees were being so childish, unprofessional, and rude. I immediately cancelled my order, because if they were this disrespectful over the phone, I could only imagine what they might have done to my food.
With no plan of action from anyone at the store, I contacted corporate.
A few days later, I was contacted by Melissa, a supervisor at this store. She seemed annoyed to even be following up. There was still no apology, just instructions to “wait a few days” to see if the refund posted. When no refund came, I called back, and she informed me she “couldn’t send it back to the card” and that I would have to physically come in for cash. This was offered without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience or responsibility for the mistake.
Overall, this was a complete headache over a pizza order. The employees at this location lack customer service training, common sense, and accountability. These are the same people handling credit and debit card transactions, which is very concerning.
I will never do business with this Domino’s again.

We used the coupon for 2, 2 topping pan pizzas for $19.99 one was Honey BBQ sauce, Premium chicken, and Bacon. The other was Alfredo Sauce, Green Peppers, and Philly Steak. Some how the app put my address as my next door neighbors. So the delivery girl went there first. If i had not tracked the order with the tracker I would not have been outside waiting and been able to guide her to my house. She showed me the receipt had my name buy their address.
The chicken pizza was perfect but the Philly had so much sauce on it it looked like someone threw up on it all the topping slid off the dough and the dough looked raw. I called and complained and they brought us a new pizza which was much better. However, I do not ever want to order from this location again. I wish the app would allow you to pick the location as long as it is you area. The one on Caroline that used to deliver to us before Dogwood was built is a better location. Dogwood sucks.
