These pizzas are ABSOLUTELY NOT as they are not only shown nor how they describe them. I have ordered from this exact location on 3 separate occasions and have not received what I paid for !!!!! I WILL NOT BE continuing to spend money on food that’s not worth the box they send them in.. Heck we should have just sliced it up to eat…. Would probably have been better tasting than what we got.

I was greeted ,there was a staff of three some walked out the door some walked in the door but something I did notice they all washed their hands before they put their aprons on!!! Thanks…? When was this made? Placed order at around 4:40 to be picked up at 5:45. Got there at 5:45 and wasn’t ready til 6:05. (Or at least that’s when I was finally greeted after the line of people also waiting) took these pics when I got home 5minutes away.
Also, does that look like extra cheese? Oh, it’s not hot either. Room temp. It’s just gross.

I can not believe this place wouldn’t deliver to my family at the new subdivision next to the school. I was told that the stop delivery right before the zoo and I am literally the next road after. Not only that. The website/app allowed us to order delivery just to find out 30min later our order was cancelled because of this situation. What a waste of time. I asked would they give us a discount for the inconvenience and was told if we pick up then we would receive a discount. Comes to find out. It’s a scam. Order picked up. No discount and food is cold. Never will I ever order from this place ever again.

10/10 recommend! Just picked up my order and the staff were all extremely nice and working in such great synchrony together! Order was ready very quickly considering the amount of folks waiting for food. The girl at the register even told the guy leaving with a delivery order to drive safe!

So where to start for a place that is proclaiming to be a true pizzeria the food does not lead up to reputation nor standard for the $86 dollars we spent on a chicken Alfredo that was clearly frozen chicken pieces like Tyson you would purchase in the freezer and a sauce you can clearly taste is jared and not made in house to the meatball sub that was also a frozen product come on if you can’t make a real meatball take them off your menu to the star of the show the Stromboli frozen and canned meats and veggies not what you would expect from a pizzeria stromboli was also undercooked I say to all the people looking i would go elsewhere but that’s me not worth the money

In a recent order, I requested a thin crust pizza with light sauce, extra pepperoni. However, when I received the pizza, it was a combination of pepperoni and cheese 1/2 cheese other , and there was no extra pepperoni. I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the error in my order.
Jordan, who claimed to be the general manager, assured me that my order was correct and could provide a screenshot. However, I was still unsatisfied with the pizza and wanted to receive a replacement.
Jordan informed me that I could not receive free food because everyone had complained about the previous order and then agreed to a replacement. Despite my request, it took approximately one hour and forty-eight minutes for the driver to deliver an ice-cold, burnt pizza that was packaged in a box and they shock the pizza all

Upon calling back, Jordan appeared to be laughing and I feel he and or driver had intentionally made the error.and I have driver 20.00 tip the 1st time for there work! As a result, I have decided to never order from this establishment. My son is unable to eat this type of pizza, and the delay caused by Jordan’s negligence is unacceptable and unprofessional and he should not be a GM no wonder why they have a bad reputation in Navarre for bad pizzas

Ordered the “mix and match” $6.99 menu ordered a 2 topping medium some wings and bread bites with one extra marinara for pickup. The lady gave me a total of $29+ change, but I just said okay and hung up. After doing the math I called back and asked why it was $7-9 more than it should be and she said it was her fault and now it’s $26+ change I hang up again tired of arguing with her. When I get there I see she still charged me extra for the larger size bread bites and didn’t include them on the mix and match even when I asked her to fix it. Get this girl some help, 7×3+1 is not 27 even with tax.

This dominos is close to the house wanted pizza so I ordered through the app like I usually do no problem. Only issue I had was time to get pizzas ready since it was a busy day and they were rather slow than usual nevertheless the wait the quality was still there. I never had the cheeseburger pizza and I was impressed really good and of course the sausage and pepperoni we ordered. Customer service was pretty good as well and much appreciated in these trying times.
