My husband ordered a pizza for the first time and we specifically requested no cheese. However, the pizza we received had cheese on it. We called the store to explain the situation and asked if they could send a new pizza without cheese. While we were trying to explain, the girl on the phone started yelling and was not helpful. We were just trying to resolve the issue politely.

Long wait for 2 parties in the lobby, 4 employees, 2 making food and two working the oven.
Pizza was cold, employee faked a phone issue after I mentioned the food was cold but could hear me fine before.
Bathroom was locked because they don’t want to clean it at the end of the night.

The pizza is always good but they are getting slower and slower. Ordered with a 9-17 min time. Arrived about 20 min after and my name was not on the screen. After about 10 min it popped up and said my order was being made. 9-17 min completion time and my order wasn’t even started for 25-30 min. Second time I’ve had to sit in the lobby and wait for my order to go through the whole process.

Good pizza but pretty unorganized. Just about every time I order online. I go to pick up my order and they cant find a print out for the order so cant figure out what is mine. And they always send notifications that it’s ready way before it actually is. Guess that helps them look good on their times. But i go in to pick up when it says it’s ready. And have to wait every time.

I ordered delivery and when I received my pizza and I started eating it there was a piece of cardboard under my cheese that I almost ate. I called to tell them and express how upset I was because my child was eating the pizza also, the young man I spoke with told me that I could get a free pizza on my account for next time. When I called the next day to order the pizza they said that I didn’t have a free pizza and it was nothing they could do about it since nobody wrote it down or told them. I usually don’t like to complain but when there is something inedible in my food I feel I have to let them know. The customer service was not good

Should have just picked up Little Caesars, food arrived cold after “being out for delivery” for a hour when the store was 1.9 miles away, even when calling the store and asking for an update on a delivery that was supposed to be delivered 30-45 minutes prior was just told “it’s on the way”, “it’ll be there shortly” and then arrived cold

Ordered for delivery and was paying cash. I’m aware drivers only carry $20 in change so I called the store because I order from this store quite alot and ALWAYS tip the drivers so I asked if they would let the driver know to bring an extra $10 so I could tip him and the woman I spoke to basically told me if I couldn’t tip $10 more that she could just cancel the order for me, quite rudely may I add. So instead of keeping a regular great tipping client she chose to make it to where I don’t even want to order from this store at all anymore. Wish I could’ve given 0 stars after that experience.

I usually order the pasta primavera and occasionally an order of bread sticks. The pasta primavera has been amazing majority of the time. There was two occasions were there was hardly any vegetables in it. The cheese breadsticks are always hot and perfect. The staff is friendly, especially the young girl with the light blue eyes who is short. She always remembers my name and has my order ready when I come in. I wish they wore name tags so I could address her name. Overall, I’ve been ordering from dominos more than any other pizza place. They’ve really stepped up the quality of their food.
