I ordered a deluxe pizza that only comes with two meats, and the rest are vegetables. My pizza was missing the Italian sausage and was light on pepperoni.
How do you miss one of only two meats on the pizza?
It was supposed to be the New York style, which is six extra large foldable slices instead of the usual 8 cut regular slices.
This was smaller and cut into six small slices, more medium than large. It has a hand tossed crust thickness. NY style is thin with six large foldable cuts. I’ve ordered the New York style many times before. See my photos too, there was no sausage on it.
I was also overcharged since I paid for an extra vegetable ingredient only to have a main meat ingredient left off. It’s truly hit or miss with Domino’s, but I do love them and will continue to order because they at least make it right.

Normally I don’t have an issue, but whoever worked on 5 November wasn’t paying attention. I asked for extra marinara sauce on the pizzas and didn’t get it. I asked for no sauce on tots and they slathered it on.I asked for one garlic crust and one without and they added to both. Please pay better attention!

I walked in, the girl making the pizza asked if I was picking up or ordering. She asked me my name and I told her. She said that it was almost ready. At that moment I didn’t know that she was still making my pizzas. My pizza tracker at this point was already flashing READY for 10 min. She then came to register and started doing other things and said it was gonna be another 5 min. I was like no problem but the guy that is taking out pizza and boxing them up was moving at a snail pace. They of course weren’t really busy but they definitely weren’t in a rush to really do anything. Hopefully they figure out what’s wrong and fix it. The pizza was delicious just the timing and the customer service.

I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, it has FOUR pieces of chicken and TWO onions and cold. When I called the store, the guy was too busy talking about his 6 year pizza making skills. Horrible customer service, my husband drove there and got our money back. We’ll never order from there again.

At approx 1950 on 01Sep22, I paid for and collected my pizza. Ordered with half Supreme and half pepperoni and EXTRA CHEESE hand tossed crust. I looked at the pizza before leaving the counter and asked “is this what extra cheese looks like? Staff was very professional and polite I order a specialty pizza with two different cheeses and they said that the cheese would not match with the sauce I got it without the sauce it was the best pizza I ever had it was the best experience I’ve ever had 11/23/25 afternoon

.. I left one star but sadly for this company if I could have just left none that would have been the best for this situation. This is the build your own pasta I ordered two of them and which is supposed to come with alfredo sauce as you can see there’s a layer of noodles in which looks like are covered in oil where’s the Alfredo sauce this is not the first time this has happened I’ve called before and expressed my concerns but to no avail. It is very disappointing because both dishes combined made barely a full order of pasta and the worst part about it is it’s so dry. It does no good to call the manager of this company because I’ve overheard them say that I just want free food I do not want free food and I am willing to pay for my order I would just like what I paid for.
