The receipt says I placed the order at 5:15 with est order ready at 5:31 and I received it at 6:13. Also, the app said it was cooked not long after placing the order and spent an abnormally long amount of time being “inspected” (approx 10-15 min).
After being told that they can’t do anything I asked if I could return the food, I would even bring it back to the store. I was then told they will not take it back and that nothing is wrong with the order. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager is busy. I told them I can wait until it is no longer busy I would just like to speak with the manager (so I could explain the above information). I was then told that I’m not getting a refund, I’m not getting a credit, I’m not getting a remake, I’m not talking to the manager and to call corporate.
I just wanted them to remake the thin crust that was made incorrect and was really cold. The rest I was going to deal with like normal. I would have even taken a credit for next time. Now I’m never ordering from the 9 mile location again.
My husband and I used a giftcard to purchase our dinner tonight. Literally the last thing we had. We’re moving and have spent every dime. That was our dinner for tonight.
We placed it at rhe wrong store. I called after my husband went in and was told they didn’t have the order at that location. I called Anthony answered. I explained. He said no worries, canceled it and said it’ll go back on the card tonight after we close. I said oh that won’t work we’ll come pick it up. He said it’s been canceled. I explained to him hey we’re moving and that is all we had so we’ll just come get it. He said no again. I said are you seriously telling me you’re not going to give me our dinner after me telling you and expressing to you this is literally all we have currently. He said happily, yes that’s what I’m saying. Now, I understand rules and all the things but that was our last giftcard we had and he could have reversed that card and made it right. Hell he could have been decent and just gave what was already cooked. They’re going to toss it anyhow. You shouldn’t be in customer service if you lack human decency. People are over unkind human beings. I paid for that food. He could have just been kind and understanding and re ran the damn giftcard or whatever to make it right. That was cold hearted indecency!!! I don’t know his last name but I will by days end.
Shame on you Anthony. That was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!!!
My order had just come out of the oven as I arrived. It was ready just as they advertised. The box was still hot to the touch by the time I got home.
We had ordered two Brooklyn style pies, one an extra pepperoni with traditional sauce and one with four cheese, pepperoni and marinara sauce. Wife commented that it was the best chain pizza she’s had in quite some time. If you notice the boxes, the pies did not lack greasy goodness.
Both pies very cheesy with a good amount of pepperoni. They did not require any add ons like salt,pepper or Parmesan. Good solid pies

Placed a new order using Dominos (store credit) for the viral pan pizza. Upon delivery, i noticed box came with stuff crust instead. I took photos of both pizza boxes as proof. I know an apparent mixup must have occurred. This is not a complaint but a determination, if the two-pizzas are one of the same. I will tell you that the stuff crust is not my favorite. The crust taste bland and the pizza itself is devoid of that true pizza flavor. Anybody else feel that way?

Updated Review: I love Dominos pizza. I wouldn’t substitute it for anything for the modern world.
Today, I have an honest confession to make about my order a few minutes ago. I placed online order for the football game this weekend. The order includes, what was supposed to be a Free (2) topping pizza, cheesy bread, wings, and (20 oz) coke. At checkout, the order total come to around (18.00) plus tip. After pondering my decision, I got to thinking, the pizza wasn’t Free after all. The pizza I received came with just (1) topping – Cheese. Nothing else !!!
So, when Dominos advertise Coupon for free (2) topping pizza, just remember – Nothing in this World is FREE….

Dominos pizzas are delicious. A family favorite of sorts. However, Customer service at store location 1001 E. Nine Mile is terrible. The lady that operates that store is Rude and Clueless. I About 20-minutes ago, I placed an order for medium Extravaganza pizza. Prior to order placement, I explained to them to make driver have correct change. We’ll, the manager refused to Honor my Rewards points and when the delivery driver showed up, he tried to extort Customer oby forcing me to give him a substantial Large Tip. I naturally declined and politely sent him away along with the pizza. It is my prerogative to give a Tip. You cannot force someone to give you anything!!!!
