I had an order delivered to my house, I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old. In the instructions I asked the driver to be quiet because of that and after he dropped the order off he honked his horn loudly and woke them up. Also, none of the pizza boxes had tamper seals, and because the employee was rude, I don’t trust that they didn’t do anything to it. I tried calling the locations phone number but every single time I called it was declined. I don’t know if the employee’s know that we can hear when they pick up the phone and then hang it right back up, I called 11 times and was instantly declined.

I just placed a order at the 15th street location, order number 2294
Literally not even 30 seconds after placing the order I get the notification that my order was ready, I thought they made a mistake by confirming the order was done so for the heck of it I was right down the road heading home so I stopped & went in to prepay & figured I’d have to wait a few minutes for fresh pizza. I pay for my order & they hand me my food after roughly 3 minutes of placing the order. They gave me 2 cold pizzas with toppings thrown onto it. Highly disappointed in how they went about giving us 2 cold pizzas with uncooked toppings. Such a simple task & job with 0 customers in the building & they decided to rip me off with some cold food. I’m not the guy who complains about anything with fast food over simple mistakes but this was just plain laziness with no excuse for it

The woman putting stuff in the oven and the man putting them together (2/24/26 7pm) were AMAZING very sweet and WORKING THEIR BUTTS OFF!! GIVE THEM A RAISE

I’ve order here several times now with there app and they are always fast and accurate with the app, the sync works well. Food quality is always high weather its pizza or wings

The new guy on the phone apparently a manager. Not so great at customer service, I called a few times to see if they’re open and to add extra garlic seasoning on the crust. I got ahold of him and asked for extra seasoning as my pizza were in the oven. Yeah. Didn’t happen.
Got hung up on multiple times and erupted on the second call. I’ve worked delivery before, and yeah… that guy’s gonna get someone yelled at.

I’ve been ordering here at least once or twice a week (… Don’t judge) for several years… Like a decade really to be honest.. and in all that time there’s been maybe two times where I had to wait longer than 10 to 15 minutes for my pizza but it’s usually less than 10 probably 90% of the time and it’s good… The people who work there are always nice and friendly… They’re definitely doing a great job with this location I really appreciate y’all!

Very bad service, walked inside when my pizza was supposed to be ready and the girl behind the counter acted like she had no idea what was going on. The man making the pizzas is openly and loudly complaining about the manager (very unprofessional) and saying he doesn’t care if he gets in trouble for being lazy and not working. Terrible place. Do not come here

Let’s start off with I WOULD NOT recommend to my neighbors dog. People who work here are very unprofessional, and the food is terrible. Wings are overcooked and undercooked at the same time and the pizza is greasy. Don’t expect to just be spending $25 here. You’ll have to stop elsewhere and get something else to eat because the food taste like it resented being cooked.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and tater tots with a garlic dipping sauce. I paid extra for the stuffed crust pizza. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner, however, the crust was kot stuffed, there was no garlic sauce and the tater tots were black in places.
