Terrible food, terrible service. Hoped off the interstate to pick up pizzas. Stood at the counter as the only customer in there and was looked directly at and ignored for several minutes until I spoke up. They refused to allow my two young girls to use the restroom as it is locked. The pizza was incorrect. The photo was supposed to be a Philly cheese steak. Wrong cheese, no bell peppers or onions. , had red sauce.

I have lived in Quincy did 20 plus years and have ordered from the local Dominos numerous times. Today was my first time receiving awful pizza and terrible customer service from management. I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. I glanced at my food before I left and had them remake the cheesy bread. I guess I should’ve taken a bite of the pizza because again I glanced and it had the requested toppings. I ordered the white garlic sauce instead of the tomato sauce. Needless to say I bit into it even I made it home and there was no sauce, ugh. I called back and Josh was so kind and remembered me. He placed me on hold and then the phone hung up. I kept calling back and kept getting hung up on. I knew that it wasn’t Josh because he was trying to be helpful. I ended up having to ride back to the restaurant to get my money back. There was no acknowledgement from management. It was such a disappointing experience that was so easy to make right. I was told that Dawn is no longer the owner and it shows.

Twice now I’ve placed carside delivery and twice I’ve been made to wait over 10mins. Had my toddler in tote, sleeping. Called to say hey I’ve been waiting they’re like “you need to come in, I’m the only employee”. So these people are IGNORING our notifications saying “I’m here” waiting for an angered customer to call or come in… We like to order here every once in a while but hard pass, hello pizza hut I guess

Today I ordered 2 cheese stuffed crust online plus add a 25% tip. As I always due when I order from Quincy Domino’s. Never had a problem ordering online before. When my order arrived it was a New York style pizza. Don’t care for New York style. I called the store to explaining I didn’t order New York style. Domino’s employee didn’t care just kept stating that what online order printed out. I wasn’t asking or demanding anything from Domino’s. I was actually was going to reorder what I originally ordered. Due to Domino’s employee lack customer service. I’ve decided stop conversation and move on. . Delivery person was great happy to tip 25% for his efforts. This will be my last order from Domino’s . Pizza was just OK for pepperoni extra cheese pizza paid over $50.00 including tip

I ordered two pizza like I normally do and this is first time this has every happened. He left the pizza on the step in front of the door if you live in the Gadsden Arms apartment then you know what I’m talking about so him leaving the pizza made one of the pizza fall on the GROUND. I tried calling the store but the way it’s setup , it’s very difficult speaking to an actual person. I’m just very disappointed that he thought that was a good place to sit the pizza.

Ordered pizza and lava cakes to be delivered . Pizza was correct but the lava cakes looked as though they had been stepped on. Totally inedible. I brought them back to the store and the manager was rude and told me that all they could do was replace them. I could not get a refund. So I had to wait over 10 minutes for them to be remade. If I had wanted to get out, I would have ordered for carry out and not paid over $5 for delivery. Since this store has changed ownership, the service is not good. Often when ordering online, the coupons aren’t available. Rewards are often not available either.

Ordered over the phone, went to pick up our food and the lady said our order doesn’t exist and it was probably the same town name in a different state, even though we have a clear charge for that amount from that store at that time. She refused to give us a refund and told us to dispute it with our bank. Then she told us they don’t take orders over the phone at the store, and about 1 minute later she was talking about an order she took over the phone with her coworker. So this woman out right lied to us, said there is no corporate phone number we can call, and refused to refund us.
