I ordered two pizzas and parm bites. When I go to pick them up they first forgot the parm bites which I didn’t mind waiting but then when I got home I saw they not only gave me the wrong order but the pizza I got was already eaten out of with a slice missing. I call up there and they don’t even ask my name, order number, or phone number just to bring it back if I want it remade. I drive 20 minutes back and they were so rude and inconsiderate the entire time. They told me there would be a wait for the remake and that I should’ve called I explained that I did call and he was so short with me so I just asked for a refund. He told me that he could put the refund in but that I would need to repay for the other pizza tonight. The whole experience was honestly the worst and I don’t think I’m ever going to be going back after being treated that way and i signed up for points but have since deleted my rewards account with you guys. Absolutely disgusting.

Food is great! Been here twice and it was hot and fresh both times, service could use a little work in terms of greeting customers when they walk in and making sure they’re updated about their order but otherwise great experience and polite staff 🙂

As an ex Domino’s employee I am pretty understanding about how busy the place can get. However, I have never made a customer wait 2+ hours for a small delivery. After an hour I called and the store to check on my order. They said it was on the way and would be there soon. After another hour I called again and they said it was on the way. I asked how many orders the driver had taken they said 7… 7?! Are you kidding me? I delivered for Domino’s for 2 years and we were never allowed to take more than 3. How is the food going to stay warm when it’s been sitting in a car for an hour +. After 30 more minutes had past I had to call and cancel the order because I knew the food would be very sub par if it had been sitting for 2 hrs. You cannot expect to run a business if deliveries take this long. You are located in a town where a lot of young people need jobs. So I don’t see why you don’t hire more drivers. Would not recommend this location.
