First of all, Jackie is amazing and deserves a raise! She was running the location by herself when we came in and when I tell you these were the best pizzas I ever had from Dominos. Cooked to literal perfection when at other times I’ve believed they could cook a little longer with the extra toppings we order. I really had a mediocre standard for the place before. It’s the closest location to our house and I preferred others, but Jackie deserves a standing ovation for how she changed that view.
I feel in the future I don’t even want to come unless she’s there based on other reviews I’m now seeing.

I want to give Bradley at the Domino’s located at 3507-C N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32303 a huge thank you for going above and beyond when making our pizza!
He did such an amazing job on 3-7-26, that we came back again for more yesterday (3-8-26).
I told him in the store how awesome he made our pizza, and he responded by saying we would like the next one even better — and he was absolutely right! Both times were excellent.
I truly hope the company recognizes Bradley for his outstanding work with something meaningful, whether that be a raise or another form of real recognition (not just a T-shirt or hat, lol).
I have great respect for employees who take pride in what they do and help make a company better. Without hardworking and dedicated employees like Bradley, there would be no Domino’s — or any successful business for that matter.
Employees who consistently do great work deserve to be recognized often, because they are a big part of what makes a business truly worth supporting.

We stopped on our travel back home in Tallahassee. Not wanting to drive again I called the location on N Monroe. Friendly young man answered phone I I think his name was Brett and then the delivery driver was also helpful. Kudos to both of them they did a great job. Thanks so much.

I came here pretty late in the night and ordered, knowing it was unlikely they would be happy to do this. The gentlemen inside graciously told me it would take 15 minutes if that was fine. I waited less than 10 minutes and he brought everything out to my car. They were as nice as could be, and the next time I’m in Tally, I would order from here again. Very disappointed, on my way home from shooting pool. We stop to get a pizza. It was burnt. Chicken wings were burnt when I went to go pick it up. The guy waiting on use was red beard glasses. very nasty attitude
Time was around 8:30 8:45. Very dissatisfied but I will say we called up there and complained they remade our order and the manager said that gentleman has had an attitude all day with everyone. And he was actually the one that made our meal. Very sad. Disappointed after I got home. Got undressed. Had to get redressed and go back up there. We normally get pizza from Hungry Howie’s. Don’t worry, we would never come back to this Domino’s. Apologize to Hungry Howie’s you are a go-to pizza place. Never let us down.

Discriminated Resident
I had a deplorable experience at this Domino’s that left me feeling completely unprotected and discriminated against. A delivery driver blocked my vehicle in so poorly that I could not safely maneuver, nearly hitting me in the process. When I tried to address it, the driver was nonchalant and dismissive of the danger he caused.
I went inside to pick up my “paid” order and ask the manager for help. Despite being visibly shaken and in distress, the manager offered zero empathy. Instead of addressing the safety issue with his driver, he became aggressive, yelled in my face, and accused me of being ‘rude’ before throwing me out of the store.
As a woman of color in a lobby full of people who did not look like me—including the manager and the driver—it was impossible not to feel that my distress was dismissed because of who I am. I am a professional and a paying customer, yet I was treated like a nuisance rather than a victim of their driver’s negligence. This store is unprofessional, unsafe, and creates an environment where women of color are silenced and disregarded.
This was absolutely unacceptable. I will be filing a police report as well as contacting corporate.

I’m writing this regarding an issue I experienced at this Tallahassee location during a curbside pickup order. Not only was the curbside service unacceptable, but the order itself was completely wrong.
First, I paid for a large cheese pizza but was given a medium instead. On top of that, the handmade pan pizza was supposed to be steak and cheese only, but what we received was a completely different pizza topped with onions, peppers, mushrooms, and white sauce — nothing close to what we ordered.
To make matters worse, when the employee brought the food out, she was extremely rude and tossed the pizza box through my car window. The pizza slid inside the box, and most of the cheese stuck to the top. She also didn’t provide the Parmesan cheese I had ordered. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and came across as hostile, to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable going inside to ask for a replacement.
This entire experience was very upsetting, and far from the level of customer service or accuracy I expect from Domino’s. I’m asking that this incident be looked into and that I receive a replacement order or appropriate resolution.

Horrible, absolutely atrocious! Talk about ruining a pizza chain on a consistent basis. My last experience in September of 2025, pizza was an hour and a half after “expected delivery time”. I called the office to see about a replacement pizza, due to the pizza being cold, drinks cold, and the box crushed in the middle. The lady picked up the phones advice was to: stop monitoring the pizza delivery man. I live 2 miles away, 2 pizzas and bread sticks took 2 hours. Staff was rude as hell, with no option to fix the problem they made, just “bring the pizza back for a full refund”. My family wanted food, Dominos used to be the go to. Over the years it has fallen terribly. It’s hard to let go of my childhood pizza, but I’m so far gone now. Would not recommend, unless to a mortal enemy. I hope your chain ends up as horrible as how you treat customers. This dominos pizza chain is terrible. Staff and manager have zero customer service. Pizza is over priced and the atmosphere there makes you want to never order from them again. Thanks for ruining pizza night and charging me way to much. I’m still mad about this 3 weeks later. Boooooooooooo!!!!!
