Pizza pictures are not what was ordered.
Staff was polite and welcoming.
First Pizzas were not hot. Since I took one of the two back, the correct pizza was made while I waited so it was nice and hot.
So the take away from this post:
if you don’t mind returning with what you thought was your meal and waiting for the new one to get made, then choose this location ♀️

I’m actually writing this review as an update to a 2 star review I gave on Feb 16th because of missing toppings on my pizza and poor service from the staff inside the store.
The GM got in touch with me via email, like I requested, and he was apologetic and made it good with a free replacement 4 days later and they even delivered it to me free of charge because I didn’t have transportation to pick it up this time. The customer service email was very user friendly and helpful, as well. I’m glad because I am addicted to the NY style crust

Ordered pizza over an hour and a half ago and there is zero indication a pizza will ever arrive. No answer on the phone, the map shows the car at the store, and the app keeps updating the arrival time to the current time.
I can tolerate a slow delivery, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. This experience seems consistent with other reviews. Do not order from here. Use any other Dominoes.
I don’t know why Dominoes Corporate allows this to continue. Their website directed me to this store. This reflects poorly on the brand.
EDIT: Food eventually arrived three hours after the initial order. Delivery person was very apologetic. We ordered two pizzas but three arrived. Only one of which was what we asked for. Also got a soda we didn’t order. Never got ahold of this Dominos, but the one on 128 was very helpful

The employees here are always awesome. Very friendly and immediately acknowledge you when you walk through the door. The pizza here is extraordinary, you can tell it is made with love. If you ever get a chance to check out this location I suggest you do so. Honestly it will make you have second thoughts about Domino’s and you will always want to visit this location. Fantastic job Cassat Avenue Domino’s, keep up the great work you guys and gals LOL

0 stars deserved hubby just received our order. Took almost 2 hours to get it and when it got here it was old cold and stale. Called up there they put us on hold then hung up we called back they refused to answer. I’ll be contacting corporate
Update:The next day my husband called and was able to reach someone. They replaced the order and when it arrived after 3 hours of waiting it was worse than the original order. Oh well we just won’t be eating there anymore

Normally this Domino’s is great. But tonight on new years eve they were awful. I understand it’s a holiday and it’s a longer wait time on delivery’s. I called them at 6:07 pm. And on my receipt it says it was ready at 6:45 pm . I didn’t get my pizza until 8:40 pm. I called and called and called to check on my order and one employee told me she was going out the door with my order at 8:00. I called again at 8:30 because she hadn’t showed up yet and the guy said he was trying to get ahold of her but couldn’t then he said she’s on her way with my order. My pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hrs. I’m disappointed in Domino’s on San juan.

The bread bites are horrible, rock hard and taste so funky like they’re old as hell, I almost always have at least one issue with this location but didn’t wanna bother
They’re always super late and have something or another wrong

Do NOT go to this location! It takes 40 minutes to bake two pepperoni pizzas. I placed my order at 9:32pm. According to the Tracker, my pickup time was between 9:41pm-9:51pm. I waited until 9:51, still not ready. The Tracker went up by a minute every minute afterwards. At 10pm, I inquired with staff. They’re response was, “It goes by delivery. There’s a lot of backup orders. But your order will be ready in another 10 minutes.” SAD!

Most of the time they are fresh and fast but not on 420. Took 3 hours to get my pizza and I wasn’t even text to alert me my food is outside. Food was so cool. They also messed up my order.
