Ordered food at 10pm and didn’t get delivered until almost midnight. Was offered a 2 topping medium pizza for my troubles, so I decided to get a delivery with Philly Steak and Onion, cinna bites, and a sprite. I’m allergic to pork and they just delivered me a bacon an onion medium sized pizza, without any icing for my sweet treats. Not only am I so fed up that I decided to write a post, I’ve only had bad pizza experiences from this store in general. I’ve tipped both nights in a row, cause its not the delivery drivers fault. Whoever, needs to look at the order an expo it right, an then check the order before it leaves the store. Guess common sense, ain’t so common. Done ordering from here and wasting funds only to get stuff I never ordered. 3rd occurrence over the last 3 years, second time in two days. Someone up top will hear about this, cause reading these reviews I see no one is caring nor doing anything to correct things and quality. Every time I call, someone is sending my call to the automated voice system. Definitely taking it up top.

After 2.5 hours NEVER received order. Ordered around 6pm it said 30 minutes for delivery got 2 pizzas and one pasta dish and 2.5 hours later it was Marked delivery complete and it was definitely never delivered. Tried to call but have currently been on hold for over 45 minutes and never spoke to anyone yet. HORRIBLE service will never use again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order a pan pizza it was under cook so was the cinnamon stick dessert the soda I Order was coke and they substituted with cherry coke instead of calling to see what else I would like. To make matters worse I tried to call multiple times to get Order corrected and no one answers at the store. Who ever is running this store at night needs to be fired or new training because they can’t make a pizza to save their life. Absolutely disgusting. Im pregnant and this is what I was craving and you guys ruined for me. So disappointed. You guys dont mind taking people’s money which already ridiculous in price but can’t do anything right.

This is the first time I have ordered a delivery pizza for myself.
My daughter orders the in Massachusetts which were great. I have thought about getting one for a month. Came as advertised, hot, nice driver. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza, They mostly forgot the steak. Every once in a while there are little dark brown pieces which I assume was the steak.

I’ve called 7 times, trying to order food because the apps messing up, why can’t one out of like 4 people who work at night can’t answer the damn phone like come on now, yall are clearly open it says it online, Ive had so many problems with dominos why can’t the manger or someone talk to the staff, please and thank you!!! Ordered a sandwich and a cookie brownie (the whole reason for the order, sandwich is for tomorrow)
I asked for the food to be left on screened in porch, it was left outside of porch on top of trash can (gross).
So then we bring food in and there no cookie brownie but have cinnabites and no frosting.
Paid 5.99 delivery charge and 3.00 tip (didn’t drive because we are sick, hence also the porch).
We try calling waiting 6 min before hanging up, then we waited and tried again same thing.
So we gave up, over 20$ for a $6.99 sandwich and they are less than 5 minutes away.
(2 stars because we at-least got the sandwich)

Ordered delivery, no updates, and pizza was thrown down on the front porch and then looked like it was eaten from. Then when you call the store they don’t answer and send you on a run around with their dumb ai system. Never order from here again.

A nice young man with an awesome octopus tattoo and a sweet saint of a girl with some colorful hair were more than extremely helpful with a gluten free pizza today. And I must say. It’s the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had from dominos. Thank you two so much. You have no idea.

This location is horrible! The number of times items were missing from our orders are too many. The “tracker” doesn’t seem to work on their end. When it shows that they’re doing a quality check, are they really doing one or is it just for the customer’s sake? We’ve also been awarded a free pizza so many times because of delivery delays. Like many others, I’ve given them another chance so many times.
Take a look at these bread twists. They’re the size of fingers and stale, at least a day old or have sat under a heat lamp all day. What happened to their “quality check”? Seriously horrible quality under this location’s ownership and management.

I am so sick of this place. Delivery driver always puts my pizza on the ground despite directions to not. I stopped including a tip because he just runs away.
Last time we ordered, it took over an hour for one pizza and it was cold by the time we finally got it.
This time, ordered a medium pizza and there’s basically no cheese on it.
I just want a pizza. Not a giant breadstick. This place needs to just close already. The employees have no freaking clue what they are doing.
