Deserves zero stars…I just wish I had more thumbs…so I could give them 4 thumbs down…I’ve never dealt with a business who doesn’t want business…until this location. Over the past 5 months, I’ve never gotten an order through….ever…so Corporate Dominoes should take note. You just permanently lost a customer. Not buying your brand anymore…….you don’t give enough care to run your stores right, and I’m not spending another half hour to 2 trying to get food from the one location who is obviously rewarded to do nothing. How is this business? Like I said, this one location just lost your company MY business anywhere, ever. Bye!

I bought a home here on 356 Jefferson St… I’m a disabled, retired veteran… not once in my life I ever had any problem getting any food delivered but this particular location and the manager said that they could not deliver to my area after dark.. I don’t understand what that’s about because my neighborhood has white people Black people, Hispanic people and Asian people, so what is the problem it’s not a ghetto.. I would not purchase anything from the store. When I even told him I was a disabled, retired veteran, and had no way to get the food he hung up on me… this type of behavior is why we have a horrible country right now…

We ordered at 11:30. Order was ready at 12:03 and out for delivery. We didn’t get our order till 1:15 pizza was barely warm. We had been trying to call the location since noon. Were hung up on several times and then phones were just busy signal – off the hook. Only explanation driver offered was yeah we are busy. I asked for the manager to call regarding the order. No call or apology or attempt to correct the situation. We order for offices all the time and will not be ordering from this location again.

Normally I would give this Domino’s 5 stars. Not this time. I ordered online it said 14 minutes. I was there to pick it up. The lady said a couple of minutes. So we went back in and the pizzas were not even made. It was almost an additional 45 minutes. Not right.

If you’re going to charge a $6 fee for delivery then it shouldn’t matter how much or how little I want you should still deliver it… instead it says you have to have a minimum $17 to have something delivered! My order was $16.11 and guess what, I cancelled it!

They either don’t answer the phone or they transfer you to a call center overseas. This is the only domino’s I have ever seen that really doesn’t want your business. Call Marco’s instead, someone that actually works there will answer the phone.

We usually order from this Domino’s weekly. I love the easy online ordering. The tracker helps me check when my food will be ready, signed up for text alerts this last time. My food is always done on time, if not a few minutes early. The staff is always friendly and polite. The food has always been good. We always get a pizza, but have also tried the chicken caesar salad and boneless wings. It’s all as good as expected.
