I order from this place a lot but now I’m rethinking things. Idk if they just started making pizza this way but the cheese is on top of the toppings and I do not like that. Why?? Called in and the person on the phone basically said “idk, see you later”. What?? Delivery person was kind.

I went to pick up window and they couldn’t accept a $50 bill for some stupid reason. So had to go to the gas station for change. When I returned back there was a truck at the window, just sitting there waiting. After trying to call the store no one answered. So after 10-15 mins I had to ask the driver to circle around the building. The employees were careless about what was going on. So an order that was supposed to be 10mins turned into 35mins. I will not be ordering domino’s anytime soon.

We were persuaded by the local advertising video of a delicious, full topping choices and utterly mouthwatering pizza from Domino’s….so we ordered one.
Absolutely NOT what the video looked like… Even though I picked it up within the 15 minutes that I was given, it looked dried out like it had been sitting on their counter for a week. I guess that’s why I don’t go to Domino’s anymore.

I ordered a pan pizza, then received a call saying they were out of pan pizzas so I agreed to a hand tossed instead. When I arrived for pick up, they tried to make me pay for a pan pizza, even though that isn’t what I was receiving. It took quite a bit of arguing to explain that I will not be paying the upcharge for something I didn’t actually get. The manager was being extremely rude, and didn’t seem to care that we would be paying an additional charge even though we weren’t receiving what she was asking us to pay for.
My order was eventually comped even though I was willing to pay for the items I received, but it’s frustrating to know that they expected me to pay for something I didn’t actually get.
If this is an issue within the app or mobile ordering service, I strongly recommend that Domino’s figures out a way to let local stores amend orders based on inventory/availability.

Our household are regulars for this location. The service is absolutely phenomenal. We use their delivery service, and I have never had food delivered faster!! Our food is always made fresh, specifications in our order are followed, and the quality is overall exemplary. This is a great team, but shout out to Annie for being the individual who delivers most frequently.

Waited an hour and a half for this pizza that clearly has pieces from different pizzas, placed in the same box to create some type of Chuck E. Cheese experiment. Luckily, I was emailed a “free pizza offer” after they realized how long it took. Can’t wait to get my free mystery experiment next weekend with my free offer.

Got New York crust meazza. Placed the order at 10:43pm, left with pizza at 11:20, took that long because they initially made a wrong pizza. When I got home…what i got was a thin crust, dripping in grease that soaked through the cardboard box, hardly any meat but loaded with cheese! I took one bite, got absolutely disgusted with that “crap on a shingle” I’ve just tasted, drove back to Domino’s ,got there at 11:50pm, gave the “pizza” back and asked for my money. The guy, I didn’t get his name, actually wanted to do right by me, he wanted to refund me, but the woman, Ashley, the one who also made my pizza, dug her heels in, and absolutely refused! Started saying how they can’t/don’t give money back, she could remake the pizza (hard pass from me) , or I needed to call the boss!! Absolutely unacceptable! But the guy actually stood up for me, he literally said “oh, just give her her money back!”, and while Ashley was having a fit, he gave me cash back which caused Ashley to flip and start yelling at him, how she did not appreciate him doing that! Unbelievable! It started to kick off between them, I took my money, drove to 5 Star Pizza, where I actually usually go, this trip to Domino’s was one off and NEVER AGAIN!! The pizza was gut-churning; Ashley, should not make food for anyone or be allowed to speak to customers! If you make horrible food, you need to own up to it and take responsibility, and if the customer brings it back to you because it’s THAT bad, then there’s no way in hell they are gonna eat something you make, so return the money and just apologize! Btw, I got the 16″, the same size that I get at 5 Star, but Domino’s pizza was smaller and more expensive!
