So this has happened multiple times now. If you ADD something to your pizza be aware… we asked for a 16in extravaganza pizza, add bacon. We got a 16in cheese pizza with bacon.
We called and we got a replacement, a 14in extravaganza. We paid for 16.
The driver and the young lady whom I called, were VERY PROMPT, and nice about this whole situation but this isn’t the first time this has happened. So check your pizza when you get it.

I was excited to try this place, as it would’ve been my first time eating at the location. Ordered at 11:15ish. Order was set to be delivered around midnight. I watched the delivery driver crawl slowly past my street and then turn around without even attempting to come NEAR my property & drive off. Called the store. Was told to wait awhile longer as the driver was ‘delivering a double.’ Waited about 20 minutes. Then 30. Now it’s been almost an hour and the store is closing at 1AM. No call. No show. No food. They certainly took my money, though. No more business from me. Pleasant people over the phone, but handling 1 late night order is not a huge ask

This was the second time we had our order Thin and Crispy when we ordered Hand toss the manager was trying to say they did make hand toss when they didn’t we ordered from dominos many times, my 5 kids even noticed how flat it was The first time we really didn’t make an issue And also our pizza wasn’t cut properly. Even our stuffed feta cheesy bread was thin in the center and the ends were thicker.

I always go to this Domino’s, and this Middleburg location has always taken care of my order and the food is always so delicious. I like to order through the Domino’s app on my phone. Coupons are ALWAYS available, just take the extra couple minutes to search through and see if anything matches your order or could. I always have savings within my orders! I am sorry to inform you. The pizza was cold and tasted stale like it was made yesterday and reheated and delivered. Is this how companies run there business now. $30 plus $10 tip. This was a Saturday night and is very unacceptable. Very disappointed will not order from here again.

I usually only order delivery when I really don’t feel like getting papa Murphy’s. The last few times I have ordered here the food has been over cooked. It is not good at all. My 7 year old told me that it did not taste good but he was so hungry he was going to eat it. I told him to stop and made him a sandwich. The dessert was over cooked and not gooey. I was so bummed out. This was a Thursday night.
