The first time I ever pre-ordered a pizza for a day later than it was went very well. There’s a first time for everything and these folks at the new dominoes right across from the Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Clay County they called Jeremiah Street, but it looks like it’s right off of Brannen Field Road right next to Wingstop. The people were very friendly, always making certain and sure every step of the way. After my order was received, they were very attentive They were extremely friendly and I’m totally happy with my food. The deal was awesome and the service was exceptional My order Was under the name Buddy Cadabbera and they found it and started it exactly at the time they were asked to. I arrived early and witnessed a very well run Pizza place! Very impressive!

Honestly pretty bizarre that this same location (I’m fairly sure) has two different Google reviews pages, but considering the mismanagement I’ve experienced at this location, that tracks. Same review as before, copying here: never delivered my order, but marked it as delivered, then lied to me that my driver would return with my food (she never did) after I watched her turn off my street without even coming near my house or attempting delivery. Unimpressed and never received any kind of apology or response from Domino’s. Took my money and never showed up with the food.

One of my go to orders is a sandwich that I always order in store. I do this because you cant add special instructions to sandwiches online. I like a little hot sauce and ranch added to the item, after it comes out of rhe oven. I’ve done this at many locations and never had any issue. Actually discovered that I liked it by working at a Dominos in the past and doing it for customers. This particular location (which has also done this for me) today, told me that they couldn’t do this amd I had to purchase cups of the condiments to do this. I hope the owners of this particular location see and read this. The little freckle faced girl who had a bit of an attitude to begin with needs to be properly trained in customer service! A simple squirt of hot sauce and ranch (from bottles of it that are sitting in the back premade) cost you a REGULAR customer at this location. Personally and for multiple pizza business functions.

Great location. Close to the house. Don’t have to wait long especially due to the awful traffic on blanding blvd because of county rd 220 construction. Ordering food lately off blanding is crazy. Go to spots now right off toll rd 23; Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Wingstop.

Ordered 3 pizzas over the phone for delivery. Handtossed cheese, handtossed pepperoni and bacon and a thin crust pepperoni along with a chicken alfredo bowl. When delivered i was missing my handtossed cheese pizza so i called about it. They told me they never entered the cheese pizza yet my total was still $40 for 3 items even when they do a 2 or more deal for 7.99 but they say you have to “ask for that deal” for it to be applied. Horrible customer service. Also the food is cold. Just horrible and ive never had this issue ordering from them.
