So I came in and picked up my food that I ordered online. No one greeted me or acknowledged me. I literally was ignored by one of the employees when I was trying to get his attention. And finally I was able to get help with another employee and luckily she was nice. When I got the pizza, it was pretty good, the only complaint is one of the pizzas I ordered had hardly any steak on it. I had a steak and bell pepper pizza, and a ham and mushroom pizza. I just want to say that this dominoes needs to work on their customer service when a customer comes in because it makes them feel welcomed. I basically felt invisible when I was in this dominoes!!

Craving something indulgent on this rainy day, I ordered a medium Chicken, Mushroom Parmesan-Crusted Pizza and a Chicken Bacon Sub—planning for a few meals’ worth of comfort food.
Unfortunately, the pizza arrived without mushrooms and had bacon instead. I called the store, and they were polite and quick to offer a solution: a refire or a credit. I opted for the credit, not wanting to head back out in the weather.
Despite the mix-up, the pizza was still enjoyable—rich, heavy, and loaded with crispy bacon and tender chicken. The Parmesan crust added a flavorful, satisfying crunch. The Chicken Bacon Sub was served warm, with a soft bun, well-seasoned chicken, and crunchy bacon. It was a bit greasy on the outside, but still hit the spot.
All in all, even with the hiccup, it turned out to be a good set of meals for a rainy day in.

We called at 4 asking AI for a human. Made order- very difficult when asking for no cheese on one, waited an hour, called again, once again askingAI for a human. We were then told that the order must have been through their order center- hello! Aren’t they supposed to then be referred to the store?
We ordered again with the 5 o’clock call. Again ordering one pizza with no cheese. Another hour wait- the price was $12 over the quoted price and both pizzas were identical, not as ordered.
This is the 2nd time in the last 30 days we have waited 2 hrs and 3 hrs for our order- then the order isn’t correct.
Not to mention the time bypassing AI and waiting for a human.

I order all the time from this particular dominos. As far as the pizza cooked and prepared, top notch. The speed in which they work, top notch. I know most of the drivers. Kerry and Paul are 2 of the best i deal with the most. Colton is a joke as far as a driver. If he isnt breaking down your door knocking, he’s lazy. I asked my daughter to grab the pizza this morning right out the door. He told her to go to the other side of the car and get the pizza out of the bag. I then call in hopes there is something going on with him where he can’t get out. I call was ended without a word twice. Dont worry, it was recorded. As well was him telling my daughter to go get the pizza out of his car. I will try to call one more time before contacting cooperate. I know im not the only complaint abojt this situation as multiple people in my area I know order frequently.

The wife and I have been coming to this location for over a year. The employees are always nice and the food is always good, not to mention the price of two medium pizzas for $14 is unbeatable. Big shout out to the employees here who always make this a good experience.

Literally the worst experience EVER!
I ordered 2 pizzas and wings at 6:20pm, the driver showed up at 8:06pm with a single pizza that wasn’t even mine. I gave it to him and explained that this wasn’t my order, he checked the receipt which was for some other delivery. He said he’d have to go back. He sat in my driveway for about 10 minutes. I called the store after about 20 minutes and was on hold for 33 minutes before someone answered. I was told that my order was still sitting at the store and they would send it out as soon as the driver returned. I was sure that at least after 2 plus hours that they would send me hot pizza with the toppings I ordered correctly. My order finally arrived at 9:17pm, dead cold (even the cheese had congealed and my wing sauce had dried). My pizza was missing two of the toppings in 1 pizza and one on the other. It’s crazy for a $39 that it took almost 3 hours to show up and still wasn’t correct or at least warm! I saved and forwarded the email confirmation and ring videos to back all this up!

Tracker said my order was ready. I come for pickup, it’s not ready. It’s not even started or was given to the wrong person. So i leave and come back. Watch it come out the oven and cut up. Lady now is ignoring me. A different employee had to come up, ask me which is mine, and then grab the pizza for me. Never was apologized for. I didn’t make a scene or nothing like that. Just terrible service from a group of people who mostly don’t care one bit about their job.

Dominos is absolutely one of my favorite pizza places. Since moving here, this location has been consistent with disappointing me with their pizza. The customer service is great when I call but my orders are never quality when I receive them. I added photos to make this make sense.
