Management at this Domino’s needs to be investigated.

I worked here, and the way this store treats people — especially disabled employees — is genuinely unacceptable.

I’m a disabled driver. Management knew my limitations, but instead of working with me, they put me in an impossible situation.

I wasn’t allowed to prep food.
I wasn’t allowed to work up front.
I wasn’t allowed to sit in the office.
I wasn’t allowed to sit anywhere in the store.
And at one point, I was even told I couldn’t sit in my own car between deliveries — the only place I physically could be.

So what exactly was I supposed to do between runs? Float?

On top of that, the delivery app that the store requires us to use is on our phones… yet I was still criticized for being on my phone while using the app they depend on. The rules here aren’t just inconsistent — they’re impossible.

Trying to communicate with management is a joke. They dodge questions, contradict themselves, deny their own statements, and somehow twist every issue back onto employees. Instead of leadership, there’s blame-shifting and confusion.

No disabled employee should be treated this way.
No employee, period, should be lied to, ignored, or punished for following rules that change every five minutes.

Corporate seriously needs to look into this store, because the problems aren’t random — they’re systemic, and they start at the top.

New Things: number one. Bre… Bre, you deeply have done horrible towards me. You made me leave. You decided to call shots when you’re not even a gm. You’ve done real bad. I’m not done with you. And don’t even dare blame this crap on Jess. Jess is a bit guilty too but not as near as much as you. Fix your work ethic and understand your position. BRe i can’t describe how angry I am at you. Like you’re headed to my number one most hated person. You know EXACTLY what you did. I’m not done.

Got food poison and had to miss three days of work because of it. Some lady name Bree was very rude and disrespectful towards me trying to make me feel bad for something they did its not my fault your food gave me food poison. I did get my money back after a bunch of loops and hoops. I will never eat at this location ever again.Not only this issue my food arrived damaged through delivery and I tipped driver.

I can’t believe how let down we were with this location. We were visiting from out of town and thought dominos was safe since it is such a well known chain we have eaten at for years. However, it took over two hours to get our food. By the time we got it, it was cold and stuck together. The first layer of cheese was melted at some point, but underneath it was uncooked. The shredded cheese was still in form, and the dough was gooey. The pizza wasn’t even properly cut. The hotel we were at was .2 miles away! Just a few blocks. Not sure what the hell happened. But judging from the other reviews I’ve now seen, it seems this location is seriously lacking customer service and proper cooking skills. Would avoid it completely

This is my 2nd bad experience with this Buena Vista Rd Dominos. Placed order at 12am. Pizza never arrived. Ordered pizza a few weeks ago and they put the wrong toppings on my pizza. It was too late to call and complain they were already closed.

Tried to visit this location today for dessert so I placed an order on the Domino pizza app the cinnamon twist were TRASH! The mediocre staff put the sugar and cinnamon on the BOTTOM and the bread twist hardly had anything on this! I became floored and pissed took it back and demanded a refund the guy who appear to be light skin or biracial he proclaimed he was “the manager” yet he had on NO NAME TAG and lacked the etiquette, soft skills he cannot be the manager certainly did not act like one and if he lied to me he should be written up or terminated that’s customer abuse had the audacity to lie to me and say that’s the way they make them. I instantaneously responded back NOT TRUE, Macon rd doesn’t do it like this they sprinkle, rub it on the bread twist! This location cannot ever do anything right! They mess up on the pizza (never put enough ingredients on the pizza.) PLEASE CLOSE DOWN THIS LOCATION ITS GIVING DOMINOS PIZZA A BAD REPUTATION! When I return the food I saw a guy texting on his phone they were unfriendly, hardly speak act like you’re bothering them! Unacceptable! #SHUTDOWN THIS LOCATION OR HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE!

I no longer order dominos when I’m on the south/east side of Columbus. We spend a lot of money as a family ordering from dominos just for our pizzas to come uncut and missing toppings. We also tip well.
Every time we order the buffalo pizza it comes uncut and has no buffalo sauce – every single time. We’ll order a Alfredo spinach pizza and it arrives with hardly any spinach and hardly any Alfredo/ cheese. I’ll pay for dipping sauces just to not get them. Thats not even all of it, I could go on. I WASTE my money here. I do not get what I pay for. And when I call, they don’t do anything about it. One time they laughed on the phone and hung up. This location permanently lost my business.
