The atmosphere and employees are excellent. I was so impressed at how well they worked together and the pizza tastes delicious! On other times, we have had it delivered. The delivery driver has come a few times and each time the pizza is still hot even though we are a distance away from the store location.

Really a 2.5… I ordered a medium pizza with steak and banana peppers and added the “Extra” steak option and this is what I got… WHAT A JOKE! I think they need to have a sign on what the word extra means. (I hate 1 slice prior to writing this review.) Pizza was still decently warm when I picked it up at the store

I also ordered a Philly steak sandwich with “EXTRA” steak and yeah.. doesn’t look extra at all!

I do not recommend tipping these drivers. I know from my past experience in the food industry that very few people tip 30% or more. This is our third time ordering from this location, and we’ve tipped 33% each time. I’m not over-exaggerating when I say it takes over 90 minutes, this time over 2 hours, to receive 2 pizzas, even if you’re under 6 miles away.

Where I come from, those who tip the most are served first, and those who tip the least are served last. Unsurprisingly, the approach incentivizes generosity.

3 out of 4 times I order from this store, they marked it delivered 30 to 45 mins before actually delivering our food Luke warm to cold. Was called this time by the driver (not her fault) who said she apologizes for the late delivery but she was called back to the store to deliver another pizza that was 40 mins late when our food is currently 38 mins late. the tracker is a joke. Just be honest. Don’t falsely pad your stats

EVERYTIME I get food delivered it’s always missing something and cold. Waited on hold for 30 mins then just hung up. Had to waste more money just to go to the store on top of the delivery fee. Oh and to mention I went outside to tell delivery driver about missing items and he drove away. The service here is HORRIBLE.

Don’t order if you’re hungry, takes 2+ hours for delivery and it’ll probably be messed up and they’ll more than likely forget something you paid for.
