Terrible terrible service The night shift employees really do not care for their job. I put in a order a close to closing time.They had me to wait 45 minutes after I paid then I have to reach out to them and ask where’s my order then they tell me we don’t have any more ham okay let’s change it to sausage. That’s going to take another 45 minutes at that time you guys will be close by the time I get there when I arrive three of the employees was wiping down the counters I knocked on the door to see if they had my order ready The little short stubby one with glasses yells out nope!!! Then pulls his phone out and started watching videos Facebook All I wanted to know were my order I would like to get a full refund

Usually the service is pretty great I always order pizza for my kids from here but today it was different. Employees just walked by making eye contact with me as I was sitting there waiting for my online order. I politely went inside and requested a refund. I’ve worked in fast food restaurants ran two stores so I’m well aware of customer service and the employees that was there lacked that. This was the first bad encounter I’ve ever had with them and will definitely be the last.

Don’t order online at this domino’s because when you order your pizza a certain way and when you get it it’s wrong because they can’t read and charge you for what you ordered is bullshit I got charge $6.00 to have a pizza cut in squares and still didn’t get it but got charged for it but they refused to put it back on my card but instead offered a in store credit I’m not from here so why do I need a in store credit this restaurant is a joke PLEASE DON’T ORDER ON LINE YOULL GET SCREWED

Was told through the app that my order was ready for pickup. Get here and not only am i looked at and ignored by people passing the window, i get told my food hasnt even been started and still have another 15 minute wait. Whats the point of the app if yall aint gonna do it right?!
