Walked in to order. Lady taking my order kept getting interrupted. Literally he interrupted me while I was speaking more than one time. He was bossing people around so I am guessing he was the manager. He also was not even in uniform (Nike shirt, non-dominos hat). People also kept coming in and the make-line was clearly the priority, not the customers. The store was clean. Everyone else was nice when they spoke.

This is the third time we order online for pick up. The pizza is always fresh and ready on time. Best fast food chain pizza in town. I only wish they expanded their delivery out a bit further.

Placed order at 6:13, order began being made at 6:19pm. The online ordering page stated that the delivery driver left the store at 6:28pm. My apartment is no more than 10-15 minutes away from the store location. It’s 7:32pm not only did they Not knock on the door to let me know it was delivered but they also left my food on the floor.

Ordered deep dish with 5 toppings. I trusted this would be in the box. Only a pepperoni pizza was present. Called Sam- manager. Says he will fix the issue and for me to give the driver the wrong pizza back upon his arrival. The box clearly has 5 toppings printed on the sticker on the side of the box…..this is an $18 meat lovers with mushrooms and olives- medium…

Updated: We ordered a supreme pizza with extra sauce. There were so few toppings on it (you could actually take a bite and not get a topping) and barely any sauce.
