Spent $50 on two pizzas only for the driver to sit it in the cold on my porch!! She did not ring my door bell nor did i get a simple phone call. I go to track my order and its outside in the cold. Then when i called the store the manager was “too busy” to speak with me. I spend too much at this location for that kind of service… never again!@

My pregnant wife and I got a date night after well over a year. She is about 7 months pregnant with our second child. She was craving lava cakes and ordered some at 9PM via DoorDash. Well the app said that her food was delivered and she went down to the lobby and even the parking lot to check for her food. I was having stomach issues or I would’ve went for her. She couldn’t find it and was so upset that someone stole them (marking delivered but not giving the order). Within a half hour, we get a knock on our hotel room. The dominoes people saw that the order was stolen and personally delivered her food to our hotel room. Our night went from sad tears to happy tears in an instant. I can’t tell y’all how happy you made my wife. Kudos to the staff for making a pregnant woman’s night!!! Thank y’all so much!

They made my pickup order in 7 minutes. I got in the car as soon as I placed the order and the manager called to tell me it was ready. I had not even made it there yet. They were busy too. Still managed to make mine fast . The manager is a really nice guy.

I’ve been using this Domino’s for years and if you need a carryout Pizza or any other menu item they are fantastic but the last several months I have been unable to leave the house and once a week I like to order pizza for my daughter and I. I don’t know what I’ve been doing to piss these people off but it seems like almost every driver messes with my food in some way. I live roughly three miles from the Domino’s and I understand that sometimes other orders need to get done first but sometimes my food doesn’t show up for an hour or so so I get cold food that is oftentimes smashed against the side of the box and sometimes it almost seems intentional like how all three of my items today were separately ruined due to either a careless or vindictive delivery driver. It seems kind of weird that I feel like I have to pay $15 or $20 for a tip to make sure I get my food the right way. I understand tipping but my goodness. If anywhere else in town was as cheap to order food directly to my house I would use them instead but unfortunately I don’t have that luxury. I have directly contacted Domino’s about this already and it kind of seemed like the problems got worse after I did that because I in detail specifically said what had been happening. Can I just get my damn pizza or whatever else I order without all the drama? It’s literally the one thing a week I get. It doesn’t have me mad, more generally upset that I’m getting punished for a reason I don’t know.

So friendly. All I ask for in people that choose a career in customer service. Be nice. It goes a LONG way. So you ALL get an A PLUS from me just for attitude, effort, cleanliness, plus the food was fresh & delicious. I’m usually a Pizza Hut girl but they were closed & I was skeptical about ordering but I’m so happy I did. When my food was ready he said “Here you are Ms. Nautica”. I’m such a happy person and to be treated with dignity and respect when picking up a pizza and cinnamon rolls, I’m impressed. Thank you!

Ordered pizza & bread sticks online. Service was great. Pizza had alot to be desired. Seems the amount of toppings have been drastically cut back. I ordered a Meatzza pizza, and the amount of meat on my pizza was pathetic. Not worth the $18 I paid.

Late delivery, pizza hardly looked like a pizza should. Called and spoke to the most unprofessional person you’d want answering your phones if you owned a business. I mentioned the pizza tracker online said the pizza was delivered and I should be enjoying it… so I called and asked. The pizza hadn’t even left yet, and the guy on the phone said, “sometimes it be like that.”
The pizza wasn’t cut, the brownies were just tossed in as singles, the pizza was cold and tasted like it’s been sitting for a while. And the cheesy bread was burnt on one side and not cooked on the other. Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered.
