Ordered pizza & bread sticks online. Service was great. Pizza had alot to be desired. Seems the amount of toppings have been drastically cut back. I ordered a Meatzza pizza, and the amount of meat on my pizza was pathetic. Not worth the $18 I paid.

So we’ve ordered pizza online several times at a discounted price. The GM of this facility sponsored a discount card to the local high school. It reads get a free pizza with purchase of a pizza. Nothing about online discounts. He won’t honor the discount card anymore. After they have already honored it several times. I guess a persons word is no good anymore. Everyone should boycott this place!

I used to be a regular customer and refuse to spend money there ever again. I ordered delivery for my family and I spending almost $50. The deliverer was friendly and professional. My 2 liter was not sent. He apologized and went back. I called asking where the rest of my food and condiments were. Long story short, the lady on the phone refused to replace my cinnamon twists. She yelled and cussed at me. I asked to speak to the manager. She yelled that she was the manager and hung up on me. She sent the driver back to pick up the food that was actually brought to me just to throw it away. My family didn’t get to eat and I wasn’t given a refund. I was contacted by someone above her and he was quite rude as well. He promised my refund would be issued 5-7 business days and it was never received. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Lawsuit being filed.

Late delivery, pizza hardly looked like a pizza should. Called and spoke to the most unprofessional person you’d want answering your phones if you owned a business. I mentioned the pizza tracker online said the pizza was delivered and I should be enjoying it… so I called and asked. The pizza hadn’t even left yet, and the guy on the phone said, “sometimes it be like that.”
