I had a very disappointing experience. I asked a simple question about my order, whether extra cheese had been added because I could see the pizza dough on every slice. Instead of helping, the manager Sam was very rude and argumentative. What should have been a quick clarification turned into an uncomfortable conversation where I felt talked down to rather than listened to.
I did not feel valued as a customer, and this interaction made it seem like customer concerns are not a priority here. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just an explanation and the response was unprofessional. If this is the kind of leadership the employees are under, it explains the lack of professionalism I experienced. My go to is Pizza Hut because they are always so professional and keep their customers first. Unfortunately they were closed today . I was warned not to go to dominos in Baxley because of the rude leadership but I was trying to give them a chance.

I wasnt going to leave a review but the manager had me on hold for almost 15 minutes. I asked for no garlic crust but it still came on my pizza. If the label was put on properly this might have mitigated this issue. This is unbelievable considering they arent even doing delivery and only doing drive thru pick up. There’s hardly any pressure. If this crew took their time and executed this order properly this store would be receiving and easy 5 star instead of a 1.

The pizza it was O k, least it looked OK.
cinnamon twist ran all over the box soaked. It dripping all all over my table. The stuff was a mess.
It looks like somebody had threw up in it.

Considering it’s a Domino’s and part of a franchise and NOT a homemade restaurant, THIS location in Baxley is very well managed, maintained and they prepare the food properly.
