Ordered a specialty chicken with no bacon. It arrived with bacon from edge to edge. Called and was told I could get a refund or remake. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR REMAKES. When they mess it up a second time, you won’t be able to get a refund. The remake was left outside of my apartment building on the dirty outside ground. Called again to let them know how the remake was delivered and the manager told me he was going to fire the driver. I asked for a refund at this point and he tells me I can’t get a refund anymore because they already remade it. I’m not waiting another hour for another remake and tell him as much. He repeatedly cuts me off and gives me sass despite these issues being because he can’t train people to do quality checks or deliver food properly. Terrible management and poor customer service.

Called today and the guy picks up the phone with only a lazy “hello” then just hangs up. Call again and I get hung up on immediately.

Ordered a pizza with thick crust. Verbally told the employee(guy) and also showed with my fingers to be thick. Had to wait about 25 minutes to get a pizza with the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen with very little toppings, especially bell peppers, which are very noticeable because of green color. Anyway, was not gonna say anything because already had to wait 25 mintes.

The order estimation time for the website was not right in comparison on when I was supposed to get my food. The overall estimation was 15 beyond the estimated pickup time. I wouldn’t have minded waiting the extra time but just tell customers that on the website. This location is slow, but it has to do with that they didn’t have any employees there. Please get this location some help manager as they are drowning!!!

We placed an order at 12:51 pm with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. We kept getting messages revising the time of delivery later and later. The pizza finally arrived at appx. 2:45pm ice cold. No apologies or anything. Pizza was dry. It had been clearly sitting around since it had been made which had been a while ago.

Placed an order online through the app. Was set for delivey….the tracker went all the way through to telling me it was in “quality check” then the store canceled my order. When I called I was told “we don’t have drivers for another 2hrs”. They couldn’t tell me why they didnt cancel it sooner or call me to ask if I could change to pick up instead, just canceled after providing false hope thay it was coming.

THE ONLY reason I order from this location is because of the deals they have on pizzas. Normally the time of delivery is awful, but the food is ok..
Today I ordered one pizza and 16 count wings well done.. My driver left at 3:27 I didn’t get my food until 4:40 Wings half drizzled, pizza box look like the driver stomped on it.
When The driver Esra arrives she tells me there was a mix up with the orders she delivered.. which explained the delay, pizza being cold and why my pizza box looks the way it does..
Save your money and time.. you’d be better off going somewhere else.

this was already a free pizza due to my last order being incorrect. now I have to wait for ANOTHER pizza to be made because it was cut, jalapeños on the whole pizza instead of half, and had seasoning on the crust when I put no seasoned crust. I love dominoes and it makes no sense for me to have to drive to get the pizza and then have to wait for it to be redone. I will be leaving a review for this location as this used to be the only location I would want to order from, but now will warn others to avoid or take the time to check their order to make sure it is correct. very disappointed longtime customer.

Pizza came looking like it fell out into the floor board and was shoved back in the box. It even had dirt and hair on the crust . Did not receive but 2 put of 4 of my drinks. As well as my total was 32.04 and I gave my 9 year old 40.00 and the delivery driver sent her back in to get 7.00 more dollars thinking I was mistaken after looking again my total was in fact 32.04. So I paid 50.00 for a pizza I can not eat, and Items I did not relieve .It was a total of 2 hours of trying to reach someone, and yet I get hung up on after all that time on hold .

The pizza was great, cheese sticks and cookies good. He had forgotten my 2 liter but DROVE back and gave it to me.
Everytime this happens at other pizza joints I never see the beverage BUT MY MAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. GIVE HIM A RAISE.
But yeah yall should totally eat there.
