I enjoyed the pizza I got for 9.99 online of course a good deal on a budget, I will say this I have to give Respect to the gentleman that worked on Sunday the September the 28th about 8:30 or so they kept their cool and worked in a professional way for it to be two of them and had about 20 to 30 orders. I will be back hopefully this gentleman will have more assistance next time. Thank you for a great experience. We had a little SPD action out there to keeping Savannah safe.

I had a great experience with my order! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor just the way I like it. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Jaylen Green was very pleasant when delivering my pizza curbside, making the pickup quick and easy. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be ordering again!

Just had a crazy good experience with this Dominos. I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas for pickup….one spicy chicken bacon ranch and one the peoples deluxe. Order was ready in about 15 mins. Both pizzas were beautiful and impeccably prepared. As nice as they looked , they tasted even better. Steven was the manager on duty tonight(1/6/26). He and his team knocked it out of the park….probably the best takeout pizza experience I’ve ever had. Nice work!

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas yesterday. Took over an hour and a half to get my food. Delivery driver marked the order as delivered by accident on his last delivery so we couldn’t even track where he was. We were told he was the only driver working so that was understandable, but the quality of the pizza….lol no words. They put so much cheese on the crunchy thin crust it was like a hand tossed pizza we didn’t ask for extra cheese. They also slathered the middle of my pizza with oregano seasoning.

ordered my pizza online. it told me a 45-minute delivery time. no biggie. at 7:09 I got a call saying my pizza just left the store and is on his way for delivery since i am less than 5 minutes from the store it will be less than half hour about 15 minutes early! awesome!. 45 minutes later I looked at the app. it still says out for delivery but has the delivery car still pinging at the store? so I called to check on my pizza. and after 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone. I was assured my pizza was in fact out for delivery and to please give them at least another 20 more minutes. it will be there for sure. 30 minutes later I’m calling back to the store. again, I was assured my pizza driver was less than 12 minutes away, i was his next stop. I wanted to cancel at this point but since I was the next one I was like okay. I’ll wait. 20 minutes later I have my pizza and it was still hot fresh out the oven hot. I do not mind waiting for my food but being gaslit the whole way through is insane. I believe they are pushing them through to keep their times down for optics but honesty is definitely the best policy. if it’s going to be 2 hours of getting pizza let me know. I honestly will wait.

I hate to even leave this review as Domino’s is usually my go to place for pizza. However, the service lastnight was absolutely unacceptable! Hopefully, someone from Domino’s will get this and address this issue! Being that I am new to Savannah, the very first thing I noticed was how poor the service is in this area and just how difficult it is in this community to even hire people! Seems nobody wants to work and if/when they do, the service/quality of product is atrocious! At any rate, I ordered a small order of a pizza, breadsticks, and dessert at 6:23pm. It was in prep for an hour or more, in quality check for an hour or more, and by the time the WRONG order got to me, it was almost 9:30pm! I tried calling, no answer, no call back, no explanation and/or updates on delivery time, it said 45min…it was almost 3hrs exactly! I didn’t take it out on the delivery driver and still tipped him $10 for a $15 order, which wasn’t even the correct order! Be prepared for extensive wait times and cold “mystery food”! Again, I do not blame the driver, I blame this particular Domino’s management and the folks at the higher levels! DO BETTER!

Absolutely ridiculous. Having to wait over an hour and half for our order getting our food having it been cold, missing items and wrong items. Called to have the missing items be delivered. Only to be answered by some one who obviously didnt know customer service or how to talk to people. Spoke to a manager to get the items reordered. Now having to once again wait over an hour and a half for the missing items. You would think that if you get an order wrong ypu would pit some hustle in to correct and fix it. Still waiting for our food. We will not be ordering from this store again.

Ordered pizza and wings from them on Thursday night but the order never arrived. I was super disappointed but when I went in the next day to get a refund issued, they made up for the mistake. I was given a complimentary order as an apology. The guys that work here know how to keep customers happy and coming back

I can’t speak for delivery because I usually only do carryout, but every time I have ordered pizzas from this location it has been nothing, but a wonderful experience. The speed in which my order is ready has always been top notch and the friendliness of the staff when I arrive to pickup is always on point. Thanks to Jaylen and the rest of the staff that work there you guys never disappoint.

ordered a large pizza w/ pepperoni, mushooms & onions online, it was supposed to take 15 mins. Got there & there were couple of people waiting, the board had my name & my pizza was ready,
so i went up to the counter & told them my name & the guy brought my pizza over & it had totally the wrong topping, i said this is not my pizza so he took it back & brought over another one that still was wrong, so he took that one away, then he started doing something else while i am standing waiting, then more people came in for there order & had to wait, so a half hour went by,
so i asked one of the workers am i going to get my pizza today? So he started to look at all the receipts & wanted to know my name & what i ordered, & he checked all the pizza boxes on the shelf & said it was not there by this time it has been at least an hour. So he went back where the were making the orders & gave them my slip,
so i waited & waited & waited, then finally he gave me a pizza box & i opened it & it was good, i will not be going there again,
and one more thing there were so many workers making pizzas about 5 maybe so i think to many hands, and hands that did not have gloves on, witch to me is disgusting, they would just grab some toppings & play with the dough with bare hands.
