I heard other customers come in and complain, cancel orders, etc. All because the screen in the lobby said in prep but the app said 20 minutes and it’s been 40. I think the online app needs to be where the store can adjust the timing. I feel like that’s 99% of the problem here. It’s NOT the staff but the app. Plus they don’t have a lot of room. I watched driver after driver take out anywhere from 3 to 4 deliveries each. I witness the whole crew worked as a fine machine. They all acted and worked and helped one another as one, as a family. Whoever the store manager is here should be proud of this team he or she has and as a member of this community we need to do better. Be more understanding have more patience. It wasn’t like they all were all standing around not doing anything. They all were busting their tails getting our orders made, put in oven, out the oven, boxed up.
Once my order was completed the same driver that waited on me was just getting back I guess from a delivery and she seen my name when she was grabbing her next delivery and she called out my name handed me my order apologized again for the wait, told me to have a wonderful night and thanked me for my patience.
I’m not sure what employees you all have dealt with talking about poor customer service. Because I watched all of them aknowledge every customer that came in the door.
I placed my order at 1800 and the APP quoted me 1840 for the order to be ready for pickup. Well, by the time I got there at 1840, a staff member told me it was “in the oven”. That was a lie. My order was not even started. I waited an additional 35 minutes before I would have my order in hand.
I understand being busy, but don’t flat out lie. It makes matters worse.
