I am writing to report an incident that occured on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at your store in Hinesville, GA, which is located at 896 W Oglethorpe Hwy. I placed and online order with curbside delivery. I made sure to input the type and color of the vehicle on my order. My daughter arrived for pickup at 540p and followed all prompts sent to her via text. Responding Here and turning on her caution lights. Your employee named, Billy James brought out an order to my daughter’s car. Your employee told her the order was for a white Kia Soul. My daughter proceeded to tell your employee that it was the wrong vehicle by stating the color of her vehicle (a silver Nissan Sentra). Your employee rudely stated, Well I can see that! He proceeded to ask my daughter the name on the order. She stated it should be under Amber or Jennifer Brinkley because she wasn’t sure if I had used her name or my name on the order. He asked her what she had ordered and she told him her order. He said ok and went back inside. My daughter continued to wait for an additional 30 minutes her order to be brought out, which it wasn’t. She finally went inside to get the order. She was then treated as if she was attempting to take an order that wasn’t hers. She did finally receive her order. My daughter called me to report the ordeal she had experienced. I then called to your store to speak to the manager on duty, Jerry Jackson. I shared my daughter’s experience and treatment with your employee, Billy James. Instead of him correcting Billy, he started to defend him by saying he has worked with him for 3 years and he’s never gotten an complaint about him. Jerry proceeded to accuse my daughter of calling Billy to the vehicle to ask for the order he had in hand and this must have been the reason the ordeal occured. I proceeded to tell him that I was a customer who was trying to tell him about a bad experience my daughter had and instead of defending Billy, he should have immediately corrected him, Jerry eventually apologized and said he’d speak with Billy. Ince my daughter got home, took the pizzas back and asked for a full refund, leaving both pizzas. I will never return to this Domino’s again

Absolutely amazing customer service, we ordered delivery and when our food came the driver (Christian) realized all of our sauces weren’t there. He then without being asked said he would go back and get them for us:) we tried to decline as we didn’t want to put them behind but he insisted even after telling us he was the only driver for the night, when he came back he not only brought our sauces but brought us a free dessert and extra sauces to make up for the time<3 we tried to offer more of a tip but he declined and wouldn’t let us after he left we called up and asked for his name because he truly deserves some recognition!!! It truly made our night after having a stressful couple of days and we are so thankful for that!! thank you again to our driver Christian and the store !!

I placed a delivery online and it was late enough that my husband had to leave our soccer team to go pick it up. I placed the order online around 10AM so there was not short notice involved with the order. Good food, but don’t trust the delivery times. Opt in for carry out if you have kids waiting.

Ordered dominos to try their new stuffed crust, gotta say, the pizza was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, the crust, sauce, cheese and toppings were PERFECT! the order was ready quickly and delivered piping hot, you can’t ask for much better than that! I hope they keep the new crust because that’s a winner!!!!

The food was good! I did carry out and got a pizza and parmesan bites. There was a small mix-up with my order, so it was delayed and not quite as hot as I was expecting when I finally received it. I had hoped for a little something extra as compensation since Domino’s usually goes above and beyond with customer service, but overall it was fine!

I just wanted to take the time to commend the young manager lady who was working the front counter. While under a heavy workload, she was able to neutralize a heated situation where a pregnant woman was getting super upset about her order not being right. The lady was getting loud and irate, but the manager was able to maintain her composure and appease her by remaking her order, even though it was a huge inconvenience. That was very professional of her.

This location has distinct pros and cons
The pros: as long as you order for pickup/ curbside, your pizza comes out almost perfect every time! The service is friendly and for the most part the food comes out great!
Cons: Please don’t order delivery if you can help it. Every time me and my wife had ordered for delivery from this location our food had always come incorrect, undercooked, poorly prepared and generally thrown together as if an elementary schooler made it. The pizzas are cut like a dog just learned how to use a knife and they can’t seem to follow directions.
However if you take your incorrect order to the store and complain they will make it perfectly. And I’m sorry but if I ordered for delivery I shouldn’t have to come to the store and request it to be made correctly.
Pictures added will clearly depict poorly made pizzas with strange cuts and little to no sauce, and then we’ll made pizzas with the proper cuts and requested sauce and cheese amounts

Everyone has extreme attitude. Really bad location, makes me not wanna purchase pizza from dominos again. If I was the owner of this franchise I would really reconsider management. Sam was no help and just wasted my time.
