Pizza took an hour and a half to receive order. Pizza comes and both pizzas are luke warm. The buffalo chicken was overcooked and dry, no buffalo sauce. This is the third time I have had sorry pizza from here, I just never complained. I am done now, I will not be ordering from here again. I will note that the driver’s have always been super nice and friendly, but when you spend 40 on lunch you expect to have good food!

I stay three streets away order on the regular the service is horrible they mess my food up multiple of times than don’t fix it they take hours to fix it and they drivers timing is poor for it to be so close I just called I ordered a pepperoni and ground beef and ground beef and pineapple they bought me the same Pizza not what I ordered and then complain about fixing it and I order from them multiple times throughout the day being a loyal customer they aren’t the franchise they need to be up before us they not respectful they’re not genuine rude to customers and don’t follow the book as far as the refund policy for a pizza I need better crew better drivers and new managers

Horrible SERVICE I ordered my pizza 45 min ahead drove up there because they said it would be ready by then get there and now they didn’t even order it or started cooking the Manger laughed sarcastic and they employees acted like it didn’t even bother them and laughed as well is this is Dominoes then i WILL bae makin so.e phone calls totally unacceptlable. Complete disrespect and the General or Distct Manger needs yo be involved unless they need to be evaluated which is exactly why I am going to corporate and posting this all over social media. Ordered a pizza and stuffed cheese bread without bacon online for home delivery. they sent it with bacon which I don’t want. Called them and explained the situation. the lady with less compassion and more arrogance on the phone asked me to bring the order to her so she can fix it. First they delay it for an hour, then mess up the order and then ask me drive to their place at almost midnight so that they can fix it. are you kidding me?? if I wanted to drive to dominos, why will I order it for delivery??? at least learn to be kind, humble and apologetic. Tell me again why to tip in advance???

It took a very long time for me to get my pizza but when I called I found out they were short on drivers. That isn’t the workers fault, that is management. The delivery guy Russell was great and pizza tasted amazing. It is on higher management for not making sure this store is properly staffed. Not the employees trying their best to complete orders. Also yes I already took a bite in the picture, I was hungry lol
