Went in with some friends and while we were waiting for our order roaches were crawling around the front. The staff was nice but seeing those guys crawling around made us pretty uncomfortable. Also when one of the delivery drivers came back in from a delivery he touched a pizza on the rack with his bare hands.

The pizza was nothing like I expected or what I had from a previous location. I originally wanted the one advertised for $6.99 but I was limited to only 6 toppings with the sauce and cheese, deducted from the 6 available. That left me with only 4 that I could add. That’s false advertising for that special. Therefore, I decided to order the ultimate instead, but again, I was limited to adding 9 toppings with the sauce and cheese deducted as 2 so I could only get 7 more toppings. That pizza cost me $30 which was extremely overpriced. The number of toppings should not be limited. If the customer wants it, they should be able to get what they want. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from Dominos ever again. I’ll just make my own pizza which will be 10x better with 10x less cost. You may want to consider removing the limits for the toppings and lower your prices. You might get more customers or repeat customers, one of which you just lost.

This location was amazing 2 years ago, but quality has really gone down the last couple of months and when you call about it they almost seem combative. The Philly pizza was our house’s favorite but this last order was especially bad. It was dry and lacking cheese on half the pizza. When we called they literally argued the quality and how it was supposed to be made. Hopefully the new Harlem location knows the company’s standards because Thomson will no longer get my business!

Normal Domino’s. Employee’s were busy when I arrived late to pick up dinner after work, yet they were still polite and helped me quickly. Food is always delicious. I highly recommend a cheese pizza with jalapeños and pineapple (hear me out, sweet & spicy). We’ve ordered a handful of times since moving here, and our food has NEVER been messed up. Keep it up, guys!

We order all the time and this is the first time we have been disappointed. Our order was wrong and tried to tell the delivery driver. Our one pizza wasn’t made correctly and we didn’t get our 2nd pizza. Store told us was making a fresh one and having it delivered, but it was not very hot so it seemed as though we got the one the driver forgot to give us.

Worst pizza ever ! The pizza was not cooked all the way and the wings barely had any sauce. No one was using gloves to prepare the food just straight up putting their hands in there. I’ll never eat here again.

Everytime I order the food is hot and service is great. I always have one small issue, I always put extra sauce on my pizza I’m not sure if details are noted on the order. They seem to do the opposite. I just ordered a delivery Robert is making my pizza today, so let’s see how it goes!!
