I usually always go to tobacco rd store for my pizza. There usually always Great! But today the customer service was not there. The girl with the pink hair and piercings in her nose and mouth was very rude, she talked very low and would not speak up. She messed up on my order and the pizza looks like crap . The last time I came the manager was there and the pizza was Great! I would tell management to put her in the back sweeping she’s not a good fit for working with customers. This was suppose to be spinach and feta add sausage and extra cheese. She didn’t even cut it right

I love the food here. It is always fresh, correct, the only time I had an issue was the time before last, maybe a month ago… the driver could not break a 20 dollar bill (it says on the app that drivers can break a 20 dollar bill but no higher.) I ended up having to give Benita (driver) 20 dollars and she said she had zero change which I thought was odd. She didn’t apologize or act like it mattered very much but I guess if you order delivery it is what it is. She was also super late even though the texts of her being in the neighborhood came way earlier…
My experience with Karl, however, was great. I have interacted with him a few times and he has always been super pleasant. He delivered my pizza yesterday and even when I didn’t come to the door right away he waited for me.
My only poor experience was the one I listed, I’d say all in all 4/5 stars – excellent food, quality service, but if it’s true that they don’t carry enough change to break a 20 (it may be true… I had never had anyone tell me that besides Benita, though) then Managers, please give your workers change and don’t expect them to provide their own, especially when everybody is struggling.
All in all, I’d say 90% of my experiences with this Domino’s has been positive. 🙂

Wow. I was impressed with this Domino’s on Tobacco Rd.this evening. Our last order we placed about 4 months ago and was not impressed. Decided to give them a 2nd change a week ago and very impressed!! We just ordered again this evening and totally impressed again. Even my husband said his gluten free pizza was very good. He said it had really pieces of ham, not lunch meat. I am not sure if you are under new management but please keep up the great job. Also your friendly hello upon entering was also a pleasure. I’m sorry to say…this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I am a pretty forgiving food critic…but this pizza wasn’t good at all. It was weird, it was dry…almost like it didn’t have enough sauce…the toppings were scarce. I know they have the build your own pizza, so are they cutting back on the toppings so that they can give you 7 toppings? Those 7 added up to maybe 3. On a good note…the hand tossed crust was amazing… it had Parmesan on it. They had it prepared and ready on time, the staff was very nice…
It’s just that pizza wasn’t good. Barely any toppings and a whisper of cheese. I wish I had taken pics. This review came up on my phone approx a week later.

I ordered a stuff crust pizza from dominos on tobacco road last night, I paid with my Bank America Card $ 27 dollars and some cents.The young man stated the pizza would be delivery in 45 minutes, 45 minutes came and went no pizza, an hour came no pizza. After an hour I called Domino’s, and was told by the manger they didn’t have a order for me. She became upset when I told her I placed this order with a young man an hour ago. I’ve been a customer of this Domino’s pizza for over 5 years and I can honestly say I’ve never gotten bad food from here! I know it sounds hard to believe but the worst thing I’ve experienced is having them either forget to include something in my order (which doesn’t happen often) or once when they mixed my order with someone else’s; in both instances the situation was taken care of and I was happy. I can rely on the food being hot fresh and tasty. Such a better variety of food and better quality than it’s competitors. My recommendations:

Phone orders take priority over customers who walked in during 30° weather. This aggravates me at any fast food establishment when the window or phone seems to be more important than the customers standing in front of the counter. I received the wrong order. No one in the house eats onions but me.. maybe a plus there for me? The family wasn’t happy about it, though the staff was friendly once they finally acknowledged people being there 5 minutes after walking in. Quality of food was not worth the $30 we paid, although I will say the parm bites were HOT & FRESH!
