This (Grovetown) is the best dominos around. They’re fast and the food is always great.
A customer was picking up the same time I was, and was getting loud and obnoxious over nothing, obviously trying to get her food comped when nothing was wrong with it. The manager, Ryan, handled the customer’s loud profanity like a real professional. He was calm and polite while the insane woman was losing her mind.

The past 4 times I have ordered from here it has been just awful. The pizzas are either burnt, or very badly cut, or both. By badly cut I mean one piece will be super small and one piece will be giant. I ordered two pizzas tonight and my husband got to the crust of his second slice and found a hair baked into the pizza! I don’t think I will be oerdering from here again.

I usually try dominos one time every year just because i remember liking their pizza as a child . Unfortunately everytime I am let down . The pizza hardly has any sauce on it every time ( I ask for extra) . I’ve also tried different locations so it isn’t the store . I supposed you get what you pay for , which is why I can complain about price cause it is cheap . But in my opinion Papa Johns is still #1

Pizza is usually good, but their cinnamon bread twists are horrible. It’s like it’s flat bread. I wouldn’t be complaining if it was a one off, but after 4 times, it deserves to be said. Please bring back good bread twists.

Gradually gotten worse the past few times we’ve went and something is always incorrect and they don’t want to fix it either just say they’ll credit you for a free pizza. Doesn’t solve my problem when I already paid for it and now don’t even have food I can eat, and a free pizza doesn’t cover the entire messed up order. Picture is the most recent nasty pizza we got. Ordered a pan pizza and it’s thin crust, most of it is air pockets, supposed to be extra bacon, extra cheese, and extra sauce and there is barely any bacon, minimal cheese, and they did not put sauce on the pizza at all. No apologies or anything. Girl just laughed it off. Done coming to this location. I guess the Augusta area in general, Domino’s can’t do anything right, several locations here are like this.

We order from this dominos store regularly. This particular order, my husband somehow greeted the delivery guy without me seeing him- and I thought we were missing our order. I called the store- and the manager was so kind, willing to quickly send out our order. Once I realized my mistake I immediately called back.

Only reason why I give three stars is because the pizza was hot and freshly baked baked. Wings were a joke. They were drizzled with bbq sauce and not tossed in it. This was the second time that this has happened.
