This dominos is an above average location.
They have a good staff and finally have a good management team as well. Orders no longer get “lost” or made improperly. They no longer leave customers on hold until you realize you’ve been forgotten or ignored and have to call back.
Good job on that aspect.
My main issue is the lighting for cars entering the parking lot. Unless you’re very familiar with this location, there’s a high chance that you’ll drive over the curb when entering the parking lot. There’s 3 separate entrances, with no painted curbs or lights.
I don’t think there’s even a dominos sign , except for the restaurant itself.
I’ve personally seen at least 10 people drive over the curb while attempting to enter the parking lot. This is an easy fix, and is one that I’ve brought to the attention of the management on 2 separate occasions. No excuse for this.
It needs attention.

Well when I first moved to Tunnel Hill at the beginning of March , this Domino’s was the best one I had basically ever used. But over the last 2 to 3 months we have gotten at least 3 to 4 pizzas that were not cooked all the way. They are always very accommodating about remaking them and when they remake them they usually miraculously bake correctly. But when we called about this pizza tonight , the manager on duty informed us that this is the way that Domino’s bakes their pizzas ,same oven settings etc and if we are unhappy with the way that Domino’s bakes their pizzas then we should ask for them to run it through an extra time and bake it well done. I do not want a burnt, hard , well done pizza , I simply want my pizza baked , ( not raw ), you know the way Domino’s has always made it. I don’t know if this is due to new management , new employees or just not caring anymore. But this is unacceptable . This is the first bad review I have given this Domino’s, maybe I shouldn’t have given them so many chances and I should’ve took the pictures and made the review the first time it happened. Look closely at the photos you will notice the cheese that was under the very top of the layer was not even melted. Notice the raw dough and see how it stretches when I pluck it with the fork. That is not cheese people that is raw pizza dough !!! And yes my husband did look at the pizza, but he didn’t pull the slices apart and scrape the toppings off to reveal a barely room temperature middle and that’s giving it a lot of credit, he didn’t dissect the pizza to make sure they actually cooked it properly, You shouldn’t have to do that. If I wanted to pay to pick pizza up from a pizza establishment you can rest assured I didn’t plan on taking it home to cook it before I could eat any of it.

I ordered a 9 topping NY style pizza and it was not very good, nor was it great. It was Perfect. From the crust to the topping portioning and placement, no one could have done a better job. It seems that several assistants at this location have devoted themselves to consistent high level food quality, which is rare. Thanks for your great work!

It’s like they try to mess up my order now. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese, light sauce, sausage and onions but I got a pizza with extra sauce and cheese only, see pics. This is just sad, my other review on here has been viewed over 30,000 times and here I order again and this happened. For a $5 delivery fee on top of everything else you figure they could get better but I guess not. I tried to do the delivery assurance online but it says I have to call the store! That’s a great way for someone to spit in your next pizza, forget this place folks, order from anywhere else and you won’t be as disappointed.

I use to order once a week from here, spending between $20-$50. Quality of food & delivery service was great. In the past three months though items have been left off pizzas & out of pastas, pizzas not fully cooked. Checked food in front of delivery people & was told to call the store. I did & was offered a free medium two topping pizza everytime & nothing. Tonight received a pizza way undercooked, BBQ wings with a little bit of sauce drizzled over them, & pasta was great.

Did give this place 5 stars before. Now it’s just gone downhill. Medium pizza are only 10in, nothing gets doubled even if you order it with doubled toppings of any kind. Worst of all, my last 3 pizzas haven’t even been fully cooked… Gave them 3 chances and they struck out every time. Fix your nightshift staffing issue.

I order through the app every week, and today, 7/17/2025, I had a problem with the person who helped me. He was very rude and even used profanity when I approached him about charging for my order. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a customer because no one has to put up with rudeness or attitude just because they were having a bad day!
