Lost a long time customer over an $8 pasta bowl. The staff were pushy when I drove back up there after paying a delivery fee to ask for a refund. Was told I would have to be billed twice and it would be a 7-14 business day wait. Crazy part is the driver called prior to arrival to tell me my food was wrong and that he was bringing it to me anyways. The staff could definitely use some more customer service training. Hopefully I’ll have better luck contacting corporate.

The only reason I giving 4 stars is because sometimes my pizza is cold. They charge a 4.99 delivery fee that does not go to the driver this I don’t understand, because it’s the drivers vehicle bringing the pizza not domino’s. So you will need to tip the driver also. If it’s a weekend it’s going to take about 1 to 2 hours for your pizza to be delivered. Those are the only problems I have with them.

Super Bowl Sunday. I get it that it can be a stressful night in a pizza place but the fact that they not only charged me for another persons order and slammed the window in my face. My refund better be back on my card by the time 2-3 days rolls around or there will be serious legality issues. Not to mention the cashier was working with earbuds in their ear which would explain not paying attention when I said the name and they still did not acknowledge the information correctly. This location has now set into stone my consumer future at a abrupt end. Unprofessional and rude.
