Today I ordered from dominoes after receiving horrible news from a doctor. Pizza usually makes me feel better. I indulged and bought a pizza, pasta, wings and parm bites. When I went to bite my wings they were gamy and rubbery. I called to see if I could get it fixed or work something out. The girl stated who stated her name was Miriam was very rude saying it was my fault that the wings were gamy because I didn’t ask for them to be cooked longer and was defensive from the beginning of the phone call. I did ask for her boss’s name which is Melanie. When I called and asked for Melanie she was just trying to get off the phone as fast as possible. She stated they only have a certain time to get off the phone and that is why Miriam was most likely that way. Melanie did not seem from my perspective to care that this happened. I always try to approach things and be understanding but when people are rude and it hard to have a conversation when all they want to do is get off the phone. Dominos needs to fix this because even though employees shouldn’t be defensive and/or rude they also shouldn’t be rushed to answer phone calls in a certain time. If I could get my money back I would. I will not be eating at this dominos again, ever!

Excellent Domino’s experience. Simple online ordering, order tracking is nice, although my order showed as being ready but when I walked in my order was still in the oven. It was ready to go two minutes later, not a big deal. Pizza and pasta were still hot when I got home, order was made as requested.

Greasy, some undercooked, bread over cooked, even reordered chicken that was still no good. Pineapple thrown in one spot and can’t even cut a pizza let alone cook one. Don’t recommend at all.

It’s consistently overlooked by the cooks ig this is the 3rd time we paid for extra cheese and chicken just for it to be the same single handful lmao.
So unless you wanna pay got extra nothing don’t bother
not to mention the drivers don’t read clear directions? On their receipts? Not too surprising but a little effort would be nice lmao

The people who work here are awesome! There is a new woman working there, very friendly. The cookie brownies were made different but it was training. It was her first day. They make great food no matter what it is!! Pizza, sandwiches, pastas and salads. If they make any mistakes they listen and correct those. Love this place!

Seriously the worst experience I have ever had with a Dominos! Order placed at 11:15pm dominos tracker read out for delivery at 11:38, midnight I call to see what’s going on and the manager after putting me on two long holds says that the driver is on my road. 12:30 still no pizza, 12:45 delivery guy arrives with a cold pizza with incorrect toppings barely any cheese on one side and no sauce on any of the pizza! I’ve contacted customer service and I will be following up until I at-least get a refund.

Was advertised on TV for weeks for 9.99 for any pizza any toppings ordered on line , we ordered on line but they charged us 18.98 for the thing also ordered extra sauce on pizza an got almost no sauce on pizza ,the girl said she didn’t know anything about the deal so I paid anyway besides being way to expensive the crust was soggy an under cooked was a very bad pizza!!!!!! I wouldn’t go there if I were anyone that follows this , it will be Pizza Hut from now on!!!!!! I wouldn’t go there or order from this place ever again.

I just came through and got 2 large New York style pizzas one Philly and one buffalo chicken and it was cooks to perfection! This is the best domino I’ve ever ate at. I only ever get my pizza at this location. The workers are very polite and the pizza is always top tier!
