We usually use this Domino’s but lately it is not worth it. A little while back they got our order wrong and even had someone else’s pizza as part of it. We had to make the 35-40 min round trip back to get our original pizzas but they let us keep the ones that were wrong. But this last time, they gave us a ROTTEN salad. $8 for a rotten salad. We were not going to drive all the way back because they said they wouldn’t refund or send a delivery driver out to give a fresh one and that long of a drive is NOT worth it. Done supporting this specific store.

The delivery address is only 1.5 miles from the location of this dominoes. I know that they won’t deliver for some odd reason so I chose Doordash. 45 MINUTES later I get a phone call from dominoes saying that they don’t deliver to my address and would I wish to pick it up. I told them no thank you but I asked why wait so long to tell me? They stated they didn’t realize it until after they got the pizza made. That’s why I ordered it through doordash. The girl was polite so I’m not blaming her however, I don’t understand why dominoes would give up a $70 sale to a customer? Not to mention possibly disposing of 3 pizzas (either that or someone got it cold). Got some kind of beef with doordash? Or is there some kind of very strict policy on delivery grounds? If so, why? Again, I was only 1.5 miles away.

Doordash would’ve picked it up and brought it to me if this location would have let them but instead they chose not to and are out of a $70 sale plus cost of pizzas.

“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.” The app marked my order as “Delivered,” but the pizza never showed up. When I called the store to ask for an update, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They told me they were “too busy” to deal with my call and literally hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. I paid for food I never received and was treated with zero respect. This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this location!

I left delivery instructions asking the driver to please refrain from knocking because my dog would bark. When my food (quietly) arrived, I noticed that a Milkbone treat was placed on top of my pizza box. I believe David was the driver. David, thank you so, so much! This simple and thoughtful gesture made a huge impression on me.

I don’t think I can begin to describe how brittle and rough this pizza was, I was beyond dissatisfied, and baffled by the quality. I usually always order from dominos and never have really had an upsetting or bad experience but this is beyond disappointing. The cinnamon twist weren’t any better either, none of them were soft and very rough on the ends, and in addition to that there wasn’t even any, icing. By far the worst experience I’ve had.

Pizza is always nice and hot when I order. But I didn’t come here to talk about that. Let’s talk about service. Delivery drivers always friendly. The guy in the wheelchair who works up front, AMAZING!!! He always greets and thanks you when you leave. His energy is so friendly all the time no matter how busy they are. He’s the type of employee that will lift someone’s spirits on a bad day just by providing a friendly greeting! Good service can be hard to come by these days, not here!

This place is very terrible, I wouldn’t waste money on what they call “pizza” or anything you order from there really.
We thought we would try the new dips that they have and while they weren’t terrible the so called bread that they serve with it is just nasty, undercooked and doughy with NO taste.

Honestly I love dominoes we always get it, The pizza & breadstick options they have are soo good. Dominoes is not that expensive either, they give you coupons too with each order if you start going frequently. They have gotten my order wrong a couple times though
