I have been ising this location FOR YEARS, and the person who took my order payment was touching dough and others food, then his face, touching the bills i paid cash with, and kept going on and on like a normal routine , ALL WITH PUT GLOVES AND NOT WASHING HIS HANDS ONCE!!!

Love the food. Live 2 far for delivery so we have to pick it up. The Hospitality is always hit or miss. Some days the tenured managers are running the show and they are super polite. Other days the younger ppl run it and I feel like I am burdening them walking in the door.

I’ve ordered delivery pizza here several times without too many problems. I placed a delivery order yesterday and after waiting over an hour I get a phone call from the store telling me how they’ve “redrawn delivery zones” and how our house is outside their delivery area. He then tells me my order has been cancelled and hung up. I re-ordered today and the order was completely fine. I say all this to say that this place will just cancel your order if they don’t feel like delivering it, so I’d order your pizza from somewhere else.

I used to order dominos more than I’d like to admit. Now. It’s maybe once every few months. This location continuously overcooks food (after they make you wait)… and just yesterday, I had a concern with the pizza and my concerns were completely disregarded. The guy just walked away while I was showing him. Rude staff can really ruin the whole night.

Ordered 3 pizzas to pick up for go order. Said 30 min for pick up. So I arrived at about 35 min and was told my order is still being prepared. Said to come back in 15. Came back and still not even in the oven! Very disappointed. Manager was in back watching football, hardly anyone up front making pizzas. Place was crazy backed up. The one girl was working her butt off to do register, ovens and make pizzas. They need better management!

I ordered some cinnamon bites and they gave me Parmesan bites so the manager said she would give me a “credit” for “free” cinnamon bites but how can something be free that I already paid for ? Then I called the store and this is literally the next day the guy told me that “she didn’t leave a note so he can’t do anything about it I would have to wait until she comes back tomorrow but I work Monday -Thursday night so I won’t be back until next week. Then they use a third party for ordering over the phone and there’s a language barrier so they really didn’t understand when I said about the bites so they kept transferring me to the store took half of my lunch break and I started calling an hour before my lunch break. Then asked for the wings to be well done and of course they’re not.

Avoid this place! This place has to be one the worst Dominos pizza we have ever ordered from. Some foolish ignorant man calling himself “manager” named Travis was extremely disrespectful with my wife and had the nerve to even use the F word many times. The pizza was burned and missing “cheese”. This “man” claimed he didn’t care about the mistakes made on one of the pizzas we ordered. We ordered online as my wife was explaining to him. Instead of doing his job, he decided to use profanity and repeatedly said he didn’t give a F. I will be definitely be contacting corporate in regards to this. This type of despicable abusive behavior should never be allowed in any food establishment. When I asked for the store manager or regional manager’s number and name, this is what he told another employee to give us. I doubt this is an actual working number or real names. This man needs to be fired. He is a danger to any business and its customers.

Never received my order and the lady I spoke to that is the manager blamed me for them not delivering to my house. And said I would receive a refund (which I have still not received over 24 hours.) I didn’t get food and I wasted my money. Do not order from here .

Jefferson Georgia location WE WON!!! Input in a taste test and 4 friends went and got what pizza they thought would win in a taste test between 8 tasters! I told the girls about it and they fixed me up and I have the blue ribbon !! lol
