Update, called the store and it was a call operator and they took our order. It tastes pretty good, but was on the more expensive side.

Took an hour and half to receive wrong and cold food. Ordered both pizzas with pepperoni and bacon. Cold and Had no bacon on either of them. Philly tater tots that’s supposed to have peppers and onions and steak. Had maybe 2 quarter sized pieces of meat and cold. Lava cakes the picture describes them. They have sat so long the oil was all over the box and they were cold.

If your ordering for delivery, makes sure you have exact amount due! The driver arrived an hour later after I placed an order and did not carry any change with him. Tried to give him a $40 he claimed he’d have to get change back from his manager, at the expense of taking back the food me an my bf had already touched and ate. Mind you my bf is in the hospital and we have no vehicle . He asked if I could go to the store and get change I said we don’t have a car, otherwise I would’ve went and grabbed it myself. He then told us that he’d have to take the food back and we’d have to wait to get it back or have them remake it after his other 4 deliveries are done!!!!!!! Pathetic! How you deliver the order and carry no cash on you at all, knowing we paid with cash and everyone don’t pay with card! Also we were aware that the drivers carry less than $20 but he had no change on him! Please do better!!!

DO NOT ORDER HERE. The unprofessionalism & absolutely vile pizza that arrives cold 2 hours late is getting insane at this point. They do not care about you or your food. Edibility? Kindness? Good delivery times? You’ll find NONE of that here, I’d give it 0 if I could. This place used to be amazing but they’ve gone so far downhill they’re 6 feet underground. They won’t even give you a free pizza, nor an apology for giving you a pizza with NEXT TO NO SAUCE. Sometimes I wonder if they even look at what they’re making.
Tonight I waited 2 hours for a pizza that came lukewarm, NEAR ENTIRELY SAUCELESS, and so dry that the entire center of the pizza was completely orange and desolate. I may as well have ordered the worst cheesy bread of the entire century shaped like a pizza for fun at this point. The only positive thing I can say is that the delivery driver was quite nice to me, but my mistake was not checking it right in front of them before they left, so I could show them how inedible it was, that way they could take that disgusting thing back and bring something edible back.
When I called, I immediately asked to speak to a manager. Matt grabs the phone and says “Yeah? Hullo?” with the least amount of care I’ve heard in my life, as if he’s not a MANAGER. When I attempted to explain that there was NO SAUCE and that the dough was very bubbly, his explanation was that it was the dough they got from the truck, so, he guesses I just “don’t like that dough or something”. He canceled the order but made NO OFFER of a free pizza, or to remake & redeliver it. NOTHING. No mention of the fact IT. HAD. NO. SAUCE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And if you do, CHECK THE PIZZA IN FRONT OF YOUR DELIVERY PERSON. Do NOT just take it. I’ve learned several lessons from this absolute incompetency at display. Their pizzas & service used to be incredible, I swear it did. But they just could not care less at this point. 25$ for pizza like this is absurd. Don’t waste your time, your money, or your energy. Just get Lil’ Caesars instead. At least they actually put sauce on it.

whoever is managing this place needs to be fired. last 3 times i’ve come here they’ve been short staffed and spend over 30 minutes on small pickup orders. both employees in there said the manager is horrible and can’t keep people.

I ordered a small supreme pizza through doordash. The service was quick and the delivery driver was friendly, but I could not even eat one whole slice of the pizza because it was just so completely tasteless. I ended up tossing all of the rest of it into the trash. Seriously, it was just not good at all. I don’t know whether or not this was because the particular cook that night just didn’t really try too hard when preparing my food. I probably will not order from them again, even though Domino’s is less expensive than some of the other pizza places in town.

You’ll see multiple reviews here recently just like this one. Stated to be about a 30 min delivery time. It has now been 1hr 45min and still no delivery yet. They will not answer the phone, only an AI bot answers and repeatedly says our order is waiting to be picked up by a driver. If we request a real team member, it puts us on hold with the most obnoxious domino’s ad playing on repeat. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this place. Worthless.

I order from dominos all the time. I usually do it online and go inside but tonight was a bit different. I ordered online but I pick the option to deliver and it took them over an hour to bring my food. I called the store twice and they first said the driver leaving now and the second time as I’m otp with the employee the delivery driving is walking through the door. My food arrive a hour later the delivery driver dropped my food off and left it at the door, no knock, no doorbell ring or anything. Like I wasn’t even tripping over it being late but to leave it at my door and not even knock is wild.

Pizza is just like any other dominos, mid but cheap enough to justify a quick dinner. Got the wrong pizza delivered and when I called the store of course I get the new AI that answered first. Finally transferred to the store and when someone picked up and I said “hey, I just got a delivery to *my address* and they dropped off the wrong item” the staff just straight hung up the phone. Yes I get you’re a busy store and this is annoying but at least an apology would be cool…
I’ll just get from DP dough from now on, same quality, same price, literally on the same street and they’re open till like 3AM.
