Please read thoroughly and do not order from this loaction, as the foreign workers and managers don’t understand customer service. I ordered 14 pizzas online for a church event, the day before we had the event and called the store to ensure the order was correct. After speaking with the manager, he assured me the order will be filled in a timely manner and the all pizzas will be there at 12:30pm.
The day of the event, I called at 11:30am to check on the order and ensure the pizzas will be delivered at 12:30pm. Once again, a foreign employee with a heavy accent answered the phone and stated the pizzas will be there.
The time hits 12:30pm and of course the pizzas weren’t there, as no one from the loaction is answering the phone. The phone rung for 15 mins with no answer, so I called again and a foreign employee finally picks up the phone and states the pizzas will be delivered in 10 mins and the time was 12:45pm.
The employee totally lied, as the delivery driver called me back 10 mins later, stating he was on his way and just finished bagging up the pizzas. After another 20 mins of waiting, the pizzas arrived at 1:13pm, with no apology from the manger or the employee who answered the phone.
Hopefully, after reading this you will choose a different location or company who can provide better customer service within the community. Dominos, if you don’t want to provide customer service and food for those in this zip code, please shutdown this loaction, where another pizza chain can service the area.

I had to give this place another shot because last time I tried ordering over the phone and the gentleman with the heavy Indian accent was too rude but Tim made everything better because he was friendly and helpful and they were extremely busy. I decided to leave a review today was great from the beginning. Once again, Tim was helpful and reminded me that if I order online, I will get a better deal and I did. Everything was good and I will be back.

Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and a salad online. Arriving for pickup the salad i ordered was not in stock very disappointing. But the customer service was top notch she made everything right and took care of the item out of stock. The cheese bread was good but the pizzas seemed off to me I think it was the sausage like it was old or something. So I did throw the pizzas away. Eating there a few times the pizza is normally good.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!! I made my order to have light sauce and instead had gotten an barely cooked pizza with a whole lot of sauce added to it. I called the establishment with no response. I threw the pizza in the trash. I will never spend my money at this place again!!!

On Friday yall sent this rude and unprofessional young man to my door. He was upset because he was lost and could not find my address. I told him twice where to go. He kept calling me brush, Im not your bruh. I tried explaining he was going the wrong way he kept cutting me off. When asking where he was it was “man Im at the light”. Im not your man. When he called and I responded initially he didnt introduce himself or anything just” I called you x amount of times” we arent in a relationship and Im not obligated to take calls from unknown numbers. Not once did he make himself known the 13 times he called before I finally answered trying to see who was blowing me up. He gets to my apt and forgot the drink. I told him he forgot the drink. He then goes back to the trunk grab the drink and proceeds to run with it from his car up the stairs! Now the drink is all shook up. Just horrible.

I just ordered 2 pizzas from this location and a driver named Towanda delivered them to me. I recognize the driver because she delivers to my location quite often. I usually don’t have any issues with her and I even tip her but, today my experience was unacceptable. After receiving my order I opened one of the boxes to find that a few pieces were missing from my pizza. I don’t know if Towanda ate them or another employee before giving it to Towanda but, someone definitely ate some of my pizza. I reported the issue on the app but, was only offered a free pizza. I then tried to contact the store just for an aromatic system to answer, have me hold for an extended period of time, and then hang up on me. I can never get a manager let alone an employee on the phone at this location. That is why I always order online. I’m grateful for the replacement pizza however, I don’t think that’s enough. I need to be able to discuss this incident with an actual person vs a robot and there needs to be some sort of consequences and further compensation. You don’t just eat from someone’s food and then deliver it like it’s normal. That’s disgusting and at this point I don’t even want Towanda to deliver to my house ever again because I don’t trust her with my food now.

My experience was amazing I couldn’t even take a picture before hand sorry about that the manager and staff were all nice and they have this Chicken Habanero sandwich oh my gosh it’s so good and I had the Spanish feta pizza but flatbread and added chicken. Buy in your neighborhood they say…I say heck no. This is the third time they got me. I WILL NOT do it again. Spen 50 bucks for pizza and sides. They left off the medium pepperoni for the kid…that was the most important pizza. Called the store and the male said call back tomorrow to speak with the daytime manager. He couldn’t help me because the shift had changed. Try telling that to a kid. “Hey sorry Ray Ray you can eat tomorrow when the day manager comes in.” I can’t eat my food and the kid not eat! This store should close. They lack! You will not get my money again. I knew better to order from the grease trap.
