Got a large pizza for carryout. The service was quick and seamless. I honestly haven’t gone to a Domino’s in a couple of years cause they just seem to keep going downhill but this location was GREAT! My pizza was made correctly and they didn’t skimp out on the toppings. It was still “burning the roof of your mouth hot” by the time I got it home. Definitely will be back here again when that pizza craving hits.

Edit (from previous 1 star): I did not use the coupon they offered, but I am adjusting my review. The last few times I’ve gone to this location for carry out, it does clearly show new ownership/management. They are now well-staffed, friendly, quick and accurate on orders and the store looks clean. Complete turnaround (so far). I will be back. Well done mgmt.
(Original): Last three times I ordered and payed online, I showed up when it said it was ready, and they hadn’t even started it, so I had to wait at the store while they made it from the start. Another time they charged me online, gave someone else my pizza, then had to charge me for another one saying that it was policy and the original charge would be refunded to my card. It was not; so I basically payed double for one pizza and had to wait with a rude employee working by herself. Pizza turns out good, but avoid this place if possible.

Thank God for the new direction this Domino’s is going in!
I’ve been coming to this location for years, and let me tell you the turnaround under Charlie’s leadership has been amazing! For a while, the store was clearly struggling: understaffed, overwhelmed by the rising foot traffic from the nearby apartments, Convention Center, and Performing Arts Center. They were constantly running low on inventory like sauces and plates, and the operations felt chaotic.
But over the last 30–60 days, I’ve noticed a real shift. The team is more efficient, the service is faster, and you can tell there’s finally some strong direction behind the counter. Charlie is clearly tipping the store in the right direction, and it shows.
The location has always been clean, but now it actually feels like a Domino’s you can count on again. My kid and my family love it and we’re not alone. There’s always foot traffic from locals because this location matters to the community.
Huge kudos to Charlie and the team for getting it back on track. Keep it up Roswell Domino’s is officially back in my regular rotation!

Completed my order online at 7:08 pm.. order did not arrive until 8:47 pm. Called once was on hold for nearly 15 min. Called again after it had been an hour and a half since placing my order and asked how long for delivery, …. “40 min” … had to be transferred to find out about my medium pizzas and order of pasta, was on hold for 25 min, never got through to anyone but my order was delivered!!

One of the ABSOLUTE WORST delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Communication was completely nonexistent. You go through a completely useless AI assistant who then diverts your call to a location of its choosing making it impossible to track. I finally located the actual location only to be questioned on the phone about if I had the correct location without actually checking. He then checks only to inform that an hour later my pizza has been “ordered” after I asked to cancel he said it was out for delivery and then I magically get a delivery text only for it to still take an additional 20+ mins. I don’t live 20 mins away

Food was what you’d expect from dominos. Not bad at all but the issue was service. It took an entire hour and 15 minutes for my 2 medium pies to be completed even though the app said they had been done in about half that.

I ordered dinner at 5:58.. it wasn’t delivered until 8:25 and when we got it, it was covered in hot sauce. Before it was delivered, I called to cancel it and the guy that answered said “please feel free to call back and leave a message” and hung up, after I told him I wanted to cancel. If I wasn’t on bed rest I would take this food right back to them. Incredibly disappointed.
