I don’t know where to begin. I ordered 4 pizzas for delivery, and one of deep dish arrived completely raw. I called the store and told them the other 3 were fine, but I would like for them to send a new pizza. I was called a liar, that there’s no way it’s raw, that they cook it at 550 for 8 min. When I talked to the RUDE store manager, I was told he will send me a new pizza in 2 1/2 hours for will give me credit for next time. I even got online and acted like I was going to order a new pizza to see how long it would take if I stared a new delivery, and it said 35 minutes. He did nothing but argue with me and told me to just bring his food back. I have NEVER been treated/spoke to this way especially from a “store manager” This was NOT my fault and nor should you ever speak to someone this way!

The food and prices are really good, when you can get it. My last two experiences were both negative and mirrored what other recent reviews have said. The store does not follow its online pickup times. When I was notified that my first order was ready, I went to the store and only half of it was actually prepared. I had to sit there and wait for them to make the second pizza from scratch while my first pizza got cold.
The next time I came back, I showed up again at the scheduled pickup time and they hadn’t even begun to make my order. I was told that the wait would be up to 40 minutes from the time it should have already been ready.
Both times the manager had an aggressive and unsympathetic attitude like customers are an annoyance. The rest of the employees were very nice, but seemed to be unhappy in the environment. I understand delays during busy hours, but these are order mess ups and not even preparing orders past pickup times. Neither time was I offered anything to make the situation right. It’s a shame that I really enjoy Domino’s, but I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. They currently don’t have their stuff together very well.

Short version: it took an hour, I never got the pizza I ordered and got the pictured one instead. At least 3 spices have no ingredients.
Longer version: the place was in total chaos. Customers all standing around waiting for their orders. Pizzas not even going in the oven until 30 minutes after the orders were placed. Pizzas were coming out of the oven and getting put in boxes but not getting matched to the correct order so people were not receiving their right pizzas. Maybe they had employees call in sick, but they were really understaffed and moving very slow

Horrible food, service and people. My order said it would take 15 to 25 minutes well that didn’t happen. They didn’t put it in the oven until 27 minutes after ordering . Took them an hour to get it to me. After 15 minutes baking all the pizzas sat there forever while one confused employee kept opening the same order boxes over and over to look at them and stack them differently then after about 20 minutes of watching him do who knows what other than mixing the orders up. A driver came in and the confused employee said well time for me to go and left the driver to fix all the orders he confused. An hour later I get my dry pizza because this is the only location who doesn’t use the butter garlic on the crust until you say something then they put the smallest amount they could and it’s still dry. Well at least mine was the only pizza they didn’t burn not sure how they managed that but glad I got the only non burnt pizza after waiting an hour. Needless to say if this is how they make pizza I won’t be back and wasting all the money for dry pizza. Oh and I forgot they don’t know how to cut pizza it wasn’t cut all the way through so I had to rip it apart and they only cut it into 6 slices not the 8 it belong. The manager had a bad attitude saying they were busy. I’ve seen many busy dominos and they don’t give bad service like this. Maybe the manager should find a job somewhere else if he can’t handle the restaurant business

I ordered a pizza for delivery around 11:30 before they closed. I accidentally ordered two and I called and they were super understanding and canceled the one order. It was past their open time and I got an email saying the other order was canceled but a few minutes later the delivery driver was at my door! This is definitely above and beyond in my opinion. Still making and delivering my pizza 30 minutes past when they were supposed to close. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Good place, usually gets order ready on time. But at times the app and the store timings do not align. One of the pizza was absolutely cold despite picking up within 5-10 mins of ready to pick up time. They did not even offer an apology when a review was submitted on the custom review section.

I had a terrible experience with this location and the manager on duty by the name of Mike if that was really his name . He hung up on me and afterwards the other female employee that picked up hung up on me as well when I called to ask for the corporate number. I called multiple times but I’m assuming caller ID is what caused each employee to not answer or pick up and hang up on me.

Ordered car side pick up. Order was 30 minutes past due so I finally went inside to get my food. I was told it wasn’t ready and they couldn’t give me an estimated time. I talked to several people there who told me the same thing and that some orders were already 3 hours old. They never offered me an apology…just snarky attitude. I still don’t know if I will ever get my food tonight as my order is now 2 hours old. I may just have to figure out how to get a refund.

I ordered my food for my family for a quick dinner, I had ordered 3 items. 2 Items were in bad quality. My spinach and feta pizza was burnt at the bottom, and my 5 cheese mac and cheese was missing half the recipe…. How does that happen? We called and spoke with carl and they offered us a remake which was nice. But after seeing half the reviews here i’ll stay away from this location
