Huge shout out to this location! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing! It’s a shame so many other businesses use door dash and other 3rd parties. I ordered Domino’s cuz I’ve specifically seen their delivery drivers in action. 3rd party is always cold. However Domino’s went above and beyond! Ordered Saturday night and was quoted an hour and a half. It got here in half the time at 45 minutes hot and exactly what I ordered. Super delicious! Will order again.

My son want on the app he was so happy we ordered a pizza. He got a notification that the food was ready and were told that we had to wait 4 min after another 12 min the same lady how looked not good for the job
5 min later another lady ask name my son tell se looked and said we gave it to some else, it had first and last name we are going home now. Do not go unless you want someone to take your food.

Place has gone downhill. Employees dont have any urgency, pizza isn’t made in a timely manner, and they dont know how to cut a pizza thoroughly for it to actually make a slice.
Manager needs to have everybody go through retraining or just let everyone go and restart. Because clearly these employees either arent trained to do their job or they just simply dont care enough to put in a bit of effort to do it

I order here from this location all the time with no issues until last night. I placed my online order for delivery at 6:41pm the automated system generated a call from my profile with them at 6:41pm to let me know my order was on its way and at 7:05 it said that my delivery driver Jeremiah was pulling up and he never called nor did I receive my order. So I gave him 10 minutes, still never came. So I went up to the location to see what was going on I spoke with the manager on duty Zee. I told her what was going on she said my order was cancelled because he called twice and I never picked up I told her no he didn’t and I asked what number did he call and with and attitude she said the one that’s on file then I asked what number was it and again with a very nasty attitude she rolled her eyes and said she didn’t know even though she had my information pulled up and handed me a receipt with my current number on it. So I also proceeded to tell her is he called and that if he did it would’ve went through because the system called me but she then walked away and told me corporates number was online and dismissed me and told me I’ll receive my refund in 1-2 business days. It was a guy that asked me about my order and when I told him what I was there for he told manager Zee that I was not the only person that happened to last night. Very rude unprofessional person to be a manager definitely needs to be fired.

I just got scammed, never received my order. I watched the driver through the tracker go back to the store. I literally saw the driver on the same spot sitting there for 45 minutes and saw as he drove pass my address as he headed back to the store. I placed my order at 8.30, my order left the store at 8:59, five minutes ago the driver checked my order as delivered while I’m watching him parked back at the store. As always they don’t pick up the phone. I called a day or two later to request a refund and was told to wait 3 to 5 business days, my refund never arrived and had no option but to contact customer service and come to find out they had changed their mind at that dominos location and issued me store credit without my concent. Customer service notified that store to refund me as agreed upon in the beginning…. Still waiting and they’re not picking up the phone as always.

edit: from 5 stars to one. domino’s is usually my favorite pizza spot but on my last three orders i wasn’t satisfied. especially with eta’s. today’s estimated time for delivery was 35 minutes. ordered at 834pm and didn’t receive my food until after 10pm. for the longest, the ‘pizza tracker’ kept saying my order was complete and yet it hadn’t arrived. i called several times only to get the machine for over 10 minutes on hold at a time. pizza was finally delivered but it was lukewarm at best. one of the pizzas wasn’t even cut and the toppings were less present than usual, with one piece of chicken per slice. not sure what’s going on over there but the quality and service has been consistently going downhill.

How come I’m on hold after being hung up on twice at 9:40 trying to get a refund for the cold smooshed pizza that took them an hour and 10 minutes to deliver. How come my pizza looks like it’s got finger prints in it ? I’m sorry but I am NOT eating this. Still on hold – Oh they just hung up again. See you guys tomorrow. I will be coming for my refund. As others has stated in reviews, there is no sense of urgency. I ordered for delivery from the new holiday inn up the road. After waiting for an hour being lied to by Domino’s AI that my order was boxed and awaiting a delivery driver, I drove the mile for my food. As far as I’m concerned the delivery driver owes me the $5 I tipped them. Basic theft. Don’t spend your money here, you’ll starve waiting for your food.
