Maaannnn I’m sooo mad with this location. I don’t even post reviews usually if I’m not satisfied I just stop shopping/supporting. But have to say something because they didn’t even care.. so I placed my online order for delivery at 7:03p it said a max of 30min to be delivered. The tracker app has my food being done time stamped at 7:14.. I loose track of time but realized my food hadn’t been delivered yet.. so I called the store at 8:03 because it’s now been an hour since I ordered and 45min since my food said it was completed. After waiting 10+mins for them to pick up the guy tells me that his delivery drivers were out at the moment and there nothing he can do about it because he can’t make his drivers drive faster. Then told my food had been sitting under the warmer so it would still be hot.. When I asked would I be credited for the inconvenience he said he would throw in a 2 litter this time but because it was the weekend it’s expected for my order to be delayed a whole hour.. I wasn’t interested in an another 2 litter since I already had one on my order to begin with… after I got off the phone with him “magically” my tracker show the food leaving the store 3min later.. I didn’t receive my food til 8:30p. Do not order from this location!!!! And of course the food looked like it was sitting under a warmer for an hour Smdh!

Wife usually prefers Little Ceasars, mostly because of cost. Dominos in same boat, everything is more expensive. Don’t like apps and prefer phone calls to order. Rep on phone was quite nice and offered deals.
Pizza was ready on time and plenty hot.

Ordered 3 pizzas for dinner. 1 was missing a topping (there was no buffalo sauce on a buffalo chicken pizza) and none of the 3 had any pizza sauce at all, as is clear in the picture. Called and spoke with the manager “Misty” who claimed to have made all 3 pizzas herself and was sure they had been made correctly. No apology was made, there was no attempt to correct the mistake and no accountability was even even taken for the incorrect order sitting in front of me. I was simply told that I should “order extra sauce if I want more.”
Don’t waste your money or time here, McDonough has 100 other pizza spots with better service and better food.

It’s was a miss the last time I ordered here several months ago. Today I decided to do a walk-in, to go order. I requested and paid for extra cheese. Stressed the extra as extra, extra cheese. Finally, someone really listened. Thank you so much to the professional, courtesy, team (man & woman). I didn’t even open the box before leaving because I didn’t won’t to be disappointed. I got home and was so pleased with my pizzas, I had to take a picture. Thanks again

I ordered a pizza today. Thin crust extra olives and green peppers with no cheese. This is what they left at my door. I opened it and it was the first photo. Broken, burnt, and basically on one side of the box. I spread it out to see how bad it really was. I called and was told thin crust pizzas always burn and if you don’t put the sauce close to the edge, it will turn out that way. She told me that she doesn’t recommend thin crust because of that. She said I can have a credit so when I came back (HA!), I’ll have that credit towards another pizza. Or come into to pick up another one. We’ll I came in and was given a pizza half as burnt with very few olives and peppers. I ask for a refund and was told by the cashier “you got your order, we don’t do refunds”. I was not going to leave on that note. Another person making orders came and told me that the woman I spoke to said if you don’t have cheese, it will burn. Not true, she did not say that and when I tried to explain what she said, he said fine I’ll give you a refund and it will take up to 7 days. I will NEVER go back there. And just a note, I’ve had thin crust pizzas without cheese at other domino’s and they weren’t burnt. Period.

Wow, it’s been a long time since I experienced great customer service from the time I entered until I left. I was greeted immediately by smiling faces and asked if I was ordering or picking up. I was given an estimated time for my order to be ready, and it was ready on time. My order was correct; the food was hot, looked, and smelled great. I was told thank you and asked to come back again. That’s what I call customer service. The bonus, the restaurant, was clean in all my viewing areas. Me and my stack of happiness is headed home

If I can do Zero Stars that would have been my response to customer service. Order pizza and waited for 2 hours. Call the store and was told the driver had delivered my pizza and it was probably at the door. Ring camera at my door and no delivery was made here. Asked for my refund at this point. Was told I would receive an email regarding my refund. 15 minutes later the driver with the pizza showed up. I asked him about reporting he had delivered the pizza. He said he knew nothing about that conversation. Well we refused the pizzas that had been riding around in a car for over an hour.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Jamon the delivery man delivered my pizza to the wrong house. he left it outside in the cold at the wrong house. I called the store to rectify, and every person I spoke with was rude & didn’t care. They kept me on hold for over 10 mins each hold. No one apologized or made the situation right. STARVE before you order or eat at this location.

I placed my order at 5:31. Driver supposedly left the store at 5:51 and delivery address is 6 minutes away. Driver got here at 6:13 and all 5 of my pizzas were cold. Had to reheat slices in the microwave. So that lets me know my order was sitting in the store. Terrible. I will not be ordering from them again!!!
