The experience was disappointing and has left me questioning the reliability of your operations.

I initially ordered the following items:

• 8-Piece Garlic Parmesan Wings
• 14” Hand-Tossed Spinach & Feta Pizza
• 8pc Stuffed Spinach & Feta

However, the first delivery included only the pizza, along with garlic knots and cinnamon knots—items I did not order. I called to have the correct items sent, but the second delivery was even more inaccurate. It included two completely different pizzas and wings drenched in an excessive amount of sauce, which made them nearly inedible. Based on the presentation and the substitution of my original order, I felt this was done intentionally and not as a genuine attempt to correct the mistake.

I’ve attached a photo of the original receipt showing the correct order. I expect a full refund or a proper redelivery of the items I paid for. I value good service and accountability, and I hope Domino’s will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly.

I ordered my food online and it was not even prepared until I got there, which sucks because if you’re on break and you only get 30 minutes you would like the food to be ready when you get there to be picked up… Secondly my food was not cooked through.. I ordered parmesan bites and it was doughy which was gross in made me sick.. this place should definitely do better..

We’re going to go to Stars for this place, simply for the fact that I ordered it off GrubHub. There’s a little checkbox to ask to include plates and utensils and napkins.

News flash, if you’re delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins.

I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention.

The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny’s of Mediterranean if you will.

Can’t say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I’ll never find out firsthand now.

I’m so sick of these restaurants ignoring simple requests from paying customers. I spent over 30 bucks on this crap and not even so much as get a napkin.

This use to be my go to, now I can’t stand this Dominos. New people working there (Ordered Twice) and both times the pizza was not good and the sauce was VERY watery. Slightly tipped the box in the pizza sauce just drains everywhere. It was greasy. It was just not made the way that they used to make it. I wish they would bring old people back. These new people are horrible. I definitely will not be visiting this dominoes again.

I went to Domino’s store number 3579, which is about an hour away from me. When I placed my order, I noticed that Nichole Burch was running the store completely by herself. She was taking and ringing up orders, making pizzas, boxing them, and even answering the phones — all at the same time. I was very impressed with how hard she worked and how well she managed everything on her own. Despite being so busy, she stayed professional, courteous, and efficient. Nichole is truly an asset to your company, and I wanted to make sure her dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed.

i ordered 1 pizza with extra cheese and one with extra sauce and theres not a drop of sauce i called and the lady told me she put extra cheese and sauce but theres clearly no sauce and i did not ask for extra cheese. also called before my pizza got made to make sure they were made correctly and i got hung up on poor management honestly.

I ordered pizza over phone when I was traveling to Atlanta . When I reached there my pizza was ready . Hey also helped me patiently to use my dominos gift card . Only issue Is about the toppings . I think they should be little generous in toppings on the pizza . My pizza has very few toppings and that too all of them in the middle .

I placed an order here and the app said that the order would be ready within 20 minutes. Minutes later, I receive a call from the store stating that the order would take 2 hours instead and was offered the ability to cancel my order, which I did. The store then charged me for the canceled the order and would not pick up the phone when I called to question what happened. I would recommend going to another store and avoid this one entirely.

This place is nasty and new management is rude! They recently got a new manager Christopher Penrod (Chris) and he leaves the store a mess always, sells expired products, and is very rude!
If you eat from this place I just wanna say I hope you don’t end up sick! Good luck!

Very disappointed that it took almost 2 hours for delivery and good was cold. I call and spoke to a manager. Uncertain about the situation. Customers spend the money to get a pizza that is good and hot. Not order anymore.
