Just picked up wings from this place and am not pleased. When you pay the prices for wings these days you would think they’d be done correctly. Ordered honey bbq tossed wings and this is what we get. Lazy and unacceptable to do to paying customers. Management needs to get onto whoever is in charge of preparing the food and FIRE them.

I don’t know why I’ve never given Domino’s a review before. Honestly, this Domino’s is always great. This time, I tried to order online, like usual, but their website was having technical issues. I was on my way home from work, so I just stopped in. The guy behind the counter took my order, asked me to review it so it would be correct, and put in the discount for the online special, AND did it all with a smile! The pizzas were ready within 15-20 minutes. They were still hot and fresh by the time I got home. They were loaded with yummy toppings, cooked perfectly, and so delicious! Thank you, Domino’s, E. Main Street, Hampton! You’re the best!

Decided to try the contactless curbside pickup and was impressed with the service. I ordered my pizza on the app and was given a specific time frame to arrive. When I got there I followed the instructions and put my hazards on and once the countdown started they came out with a minute and 28 seconds to spare. I advised them to place the pizza in my trunk so I didn’t have a chance to check it but when I got home I noticed my pizza was missing one of its toppings. I ordered the medium two topping pizza for $5.99 but only received one topping. Other than that experience was everything I expected. I posted a picture of my pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza (without the sausage)

I got raw brownies and I called this store to tell them and the manager said it was impossible for me to have raw brownies because their ovens on a timer. I’ve included a picture because he stood by the fact that they couldn’t be raw because they’re on a timer, he kept repeating that and insinuating that I was wrong, which challenged my integrity. The service is fast the employees are nice but the pizza is not always the best. The thin crust is cooked way too long and the handmade pizza always has a huge hard part in the middle of the cheese where it bubbles up and they have no idea what “light sauce” means.
Also a lot of times I’ll place an order and it gets canceled because there are not any drivers, okay that’s fine but call me and tell me and make sure I know that so I’m not just sitting here waiting. It doesn’t happen every time but it has happened a lot.

They are alright. One time they were so behind in their orders they could not get to my delivery that night and they took my money and I never got my pizza. I called later and kept getting told the manager was out and getting the run around.

Absolutely love this location. This is our chosen store when we are out and about picking up. Today we decided to do delivery and unfortunately it was coming from another location that is in our area and they offered us HORRIBLE service. We waited two hours before they finally canceled our order. Wouldn’t communicate with us on anything. So we decided to just drive out to our favorite location because it never fails. We explained the situation and they were so apologetic on their behalf and said they would take care of us. Being that we ordered online, we used coupons for online only and they matched those prices for us! And the we only waited 10-12 minutes for our pretty large order. Phenomenal service. They truly care about their customers here!

Normally when I go in here the service is great. I went in last night around 9pm. I purchaed 2 large pizzas, waited and picked up my order. The guy that was making the pizzas provided terrible service. He gave me my order and judging by his facial expression and body language I checked the order and noticed 1 pizza was incorrect. I explained that to him and he remade the order. I waited another 15 mins and the order was still incorrect. Then he made some excuse that the toppings were under the pizza to cook. I didn’t go back and forth because to me it was a waste of time. Why not simply say we’re out of the toppings or we messed up the order again rather than lying about it. I didn’t catch his name but it was the Caucasian guy.

I usually don’t have any complaints when ordering from Domino’s, but unfortunately, this time a few items were missing from my order. I kindly mentioned it to the delivery driver, and she immediately responded with an attitude, saying she would check the receipt. I have some hearing difficulties, so when she was still by her car, I couldn’t quite hear what she said. When I asked her to repeat it, she threw her arms up and said, “What do you want me to do about it? Give you a refund?” I would have preferred the missing drinks but the refund is fine. I get that we all have off days, but I was polite the entire time and didn’t deserve to be met with that kind of attitude.
