I have been a regular customer of this Domino’s location and typically order several times per month. Recently I placed an Uber Eats order shortly after midnight. I never called the store, but an employee from the store called my phone and reprimanded me for “calling” and for ordering at 12:00. The employee then hung up on me.
When I called back to understand what was going on, the phone was answered and immediately hung up again before I could even speak.
If the store was closed or unable to fulfill the order, a simple and respectful explanation would have been completely fine. Instead, the interaction was unprovoked and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider ordering from this location again

Delivery driver Thomas left my food on the ground despite my delivery instructions clearly stating “hand it to me.” He did not ring the doorbell, knock, or notify me that my order had arrived. I only found out after opening my front door to take the trash out.
When I called the store to speak with a manager, the only concern expressed was whether the food was damaged, not the failure to follow delivery instructions or the lack of basic courtesy and communication. That response made the situation feel even more dismissive.
This was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. I will not be ordering from this location again unless this is properly addressed. Guests deserve better.

I ordered a pizza with more than 5 toppings, and instead I was given a pizza with only pineapple. I went back to the counter to explain the mistake, but no one wanted to help me or even ask what I needed. I was literally ignored.
It wasn’t until another customer arrived to complain that his pizza was also wrong that I finally got a chance to explain my issue. Even then, I was asked to wait an additional hour, while I was there with my 2-year-old child who was very hungry.
Mistakes can happen, that’s understandable. But the lack of customer service and basic attention made the situation much worse. If the customer service were better, everyone would have had a much better experience.

Decided to use my reward points for a pizza. The young lady made my pizza terribly. I asked for extra sauce. Three slices had no sauce or cheese. She said it’s because I used my reward points. I EARNED my points by consistently ordering from dominos and PAYING. So, basically, this dominos store rewards loyal customers with crappy pizza. She lied and said she couldn’t remake my pizza she admitted she made a horrible pizza. Trash!

I hadn’t had Domino’s in a while and forgot how gooey the crust is. This location is severely understaffed and I walked in ordered a single pizza and it was 45 minutes. The only employee there had stepped outside to take a smoke break but I don’t think I could blame him for being overwhelmed that night. I really wanted to support this location opposed to the Little Caesars down the street but when the price is twice as much and the wait is just shy of an hour it becomes a hard no for me.

Don’t waste your time and order at night , you will not receive your order. Even if you call one hour early, They will call you. Tell you some bullshit that they can’t make your order. If you are hungry, look for something else better than waiting for 1 or 2 hour and you will not receive nothing.

Purchased two medium 1 toppings. When I got home the pizza was clumpy and falling off. Either there was too much sauce and the cheese didnt bake all the way or the sauce amount was fine and the cheesecake didn’t fully baked. They lack customer service. They would rather “sound right” instead of acknowledging the truth. This is the 2nd time the driver left my pizzas at the door. Today they left my food on the ground covered in ants and the last time they left the pizza on the back of my car. When I called to ask where my food was the person lied and said it was on the way. The manager kept telling me the same lie the driver told them instead of actively fixing the problem. My food was two hours late and covered in ant! Im still waiting on my refund and food!
