How bad can this place get? I took a break for 6 months from this location after my last bad experience, where the employees literally threw my pizza in the trash in front of me then tried to fish it back out saying it was a mistake. Then the owner the next day didn’t really care and just dismissed the complaint after I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza.
THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER or OWNER of this Franchise.
He is a horrible manager.
Ordered again tonight on Sunday. It said Antonio was making the order on my app, my son went to pickup the order.
He called me 30 minutes into the wait and said they can’t find the order.
So I text him the information. They said that they missed the order and it would take another 45 minutes to finish the pizza.
He finally came home with the PIZZA 1.5 HOURS after I ordered the Pizza, they said everyone called out and they only had 6 people working…sorry 6 people working at a Store Front Domino’s?? and the pizza took that long?
The Pizza was doughy and made terribly, I even asked for well done and it was under cooked.
This is my last time going to this Domino’s ever again.
Corporate Domino’s will be contacted in the morning and I highly recommend that you not use this store till it closes or a new Franchise Owner can be found who will inspire better work ethics and actually give a damn about the customers. The big heavy black man who said he was the owner that I spoke to is a joke as a customer service man.

I agree with the last 2 customer reviews ,this place could not any get any worse!! I’ve been using the Domino’s app for over 10 years to order my workers food on my job sites. The delivery driver showed up with the pizza boxes severely damaged and the delivery driver dropped the wings on the street. Despite the fact, the pizza boxes were damaged my guys ate the pizzas anyway and I re-ordered the wings: After 2 1/2 hours no show ,my guys had completed the work and left the job site. I called just to cancel the wings and the girl that works there said he had already left. All I asked for was my refund on the wings and they would not even give me that. The girl I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional, rude and was not apologetic. She didn’t seem to even care about what happened at all. I have ordered from hundreds of different domino locations and this one is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. As a 20 year business owner, just a word advice to the owner of this place ,hire people that actually care about their job and the customers.

Either they need to close this location or get a new owner ASAP! The pizza always taste OLD after waiting over an hour for a cheese pizza! I took a whole three month break from this location and started driving to the one on sixes road. I haven’t had a problem with the sixes road location AT ALL! Tonight I was exhausted and forced to order from this location seeing to the fact it is only 5 mins away from my front door. I ordered the pizza at 8:40pm. I arrived at 9pm, sat in the parking lot until 9:20pm after realizing no one was bringing my order to the car. I go inside the guy tells me it will be another 20 mins! Absolutely not! I asked him to cancel the order. It’s a cheese pizza like how hard could that be!?

Ever since I moved to Woodstock every delivery experience I’ve had with this store has been awful. Two times it was late over hour after estimated time stated on app. One of those times, one of the two pizzas was complete different than what I had ordered. Most recent, food wasn’t even delivered to address given in order….driver said it was delivered to a complex with a similar name. If the address provided was copied to gps, this could’ve been avoided. The only reason why I order at this location again was it’s proximity to my new home however, the most recent experience will be my last here.

This might be the WORST Domino’s in America. Ordered on the app and said 22-36 min. Arrived 2.5 hours later. This go around same time quoted, it’s currently over 1.5 hours and counting. Then you ask to cancel the order and they say the manager has to do it and they aren’t available. Don’t waste your time or money here. You can literally order from any other pizza shop and receive your food 3-4 times before Domino’s delivers.

Ordered a philly cheesesteak (Cheese/meat/bell peppers only) with my points I saved up. I get the sandwich and it’s about 80% peppers on the sandwich. I call to tell them about my messed up order, and they put a new sandwich in. The new sandwich has more on it I didn’t want and the guy goes ‘oh, did you not want that on it?’. You reprinted out my recipt with my original order and still got it wrong.

Have order many times and been fine with what we got, today however caused us to not want pizza from this location again.. first thing 1/2 of what was delivered was wrong, ordered a cheese pizza and got a veggie lover, no way the kids will eat that .. and as my wife was taking the toppings of the Hawaiian to provide a cheese to my daughter she found 6+ hairs.. here are three that were found. And these weren’t just found on the pizza but also baked into the pizza.
Let this be a lesson to the staff, a big enough mistake on one experience can out weigh many good experiences.

mobile/online orders consistently behind schedule in the app/Tracker. inconsistent toppings when I order regular v. extra pepperoni (it is always the same, I have pictures. putting extra cheese and or extra sauce when i don’t ask for it. simply not having the simple pepperoni and bacon thin crust pizza ready is wild
