Now, I’ve been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt because I believe that they might be short staffed (sometimes you’re waiting over an hour/ hour & a half for delivery). But they delivered my pizza with BURNT PEPPERONI’s. This means that the staff looked at the pizza, did a “quality check”, and thought that this was okay. I am done with this location.

I would give them less than one the quality of the pizza was very poor, overcooked,no flavor and purebread, no pepperoni, cheesesteak pizza was not cheesesteak no meat at all no peppers no onions nothing and then are you and said it was the way I ordered it but I ordered the same way all the time from automated prompt, definitely will not be having this anymore,cross Domino’s off my pizza list. I recently tried Domino’s new stuffed crust pizza, and it was pretty decent! It was made really well—hot, fresh, and flavorful. We also got a New York style pizza, which was tasty and had that nice foldable crust. My only complaint is that I wish they added more meat toppings. I ordered online and got 50% off, which made it a great deal. That discount definitely made it feel worth it, but at full price, I’m not sure I’d say the same. Overall, good pizza, great deal—just could use a little more topping.

My food said it was delivered. And it WAS NOT.
I called the store and some boy tried to help me with my order by saying “it’s on the way” ; however, I was concerned about where the hell my food was actually “delivered”???
Did they pick it up from wherever they dropped it to? My kids eating this pizza so I NEEDED to know.
All of a sudden, the so called “manager” got on the phone and she said they only got 2 drivers and the reason my pizza said it was delivered because it is what the system does. I suggested they fix that because – to me – it didn’t make sense for my order to say delivered all because it was someone else order was deleted elsewhere. Like where does any of this sense make?
Nonetheless, the “manager” was RUDE !!! Talking out “I just work her how I’m supposed to help”..: AINT THAT YOUR JOB?

I waited over 2 hours to get our pizza! Tried calling several times and just put on hold for over 30 mins! Pizza has been cold when it arrived!! Tried calling today to talk to a manager and they said he’s busy making pizza. Guy asked if he could tell him something, so I told about the problems last and the manager start laughing!! WORST SERVICE IVE EVERE HAD!! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!

i been waiting on my food for over an hour and a half. ive called the store 6 times without getting an answer not one time. the eta on the delivery order just keeps getting longer and longer. once my order was past the delivery time the first time is when i started calling and looking at the tracker. i set my order at 3:01 at 4:16 it said they started my order over, mind you i still couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. now it said the driver has had my pizza since 4:27 but has not left the store. mind you i live 9 minutes away. terrible, i cant even get anyone to answer the store phone to ask whats going on. and the delivery time is still just getting longer and longer away. i am actively still sitting on hold, again .

Absolutely terrible service and timing with deliveries. Placed order at 7pm and it estimated and 60-75 minutes. I could understand if it’s busy, but an hour and a half later, order still isn’t delivered. Online it’s still estimating it to be another 15 minutes before the driver gets here. Last time I ordered, the same situation happened. It wasn’t always like this with this location, so I tried to give it another shot tonight. However, this will absolutely be the last time we order from here. Also to note, last time we ordered, the order arrived wrong. Again, I assumed it was hectic and mistakes happen. Now I realize this location just has zero care in the world for service. I wish I would have realized how awful these other reviews are as well for this location.

Spent over $30 and TIPPED for 2 boxes of pizzas that NEVER arrived. Called after an hour the manager Mason said they were leaving at that time. An hour later called back to check what was going on, no apologies for my Inconvenience of waiting, having to find an alternative option for dinner or having to wait 5 business days for a refund and still having to feed my family. Just “you’re good” and hung up Mason said he’s this is your stores manager?? I’m glad I didn’t eat the food
