We ordered a pizza with a salad on November 23rd from Domino pizza in Mableton at 5:06 PM. The delivery arrived around the usual time, similar to our previous orders. When we started eating, I noticed that the salad they delivered was not the one we ordered. The label on the salad box also showed it had expired on the 21st.
There was no receipt in the delivery bag, so I called the restaurant we usually order from. It took a long time before a gentleman answered. I provided the delivery address, but he checked and told me that no order had been placed from our address. I later found the receipt from the online order and confirmed that it was indeed from this Domino Pizza #5744
I’m not sure if this happens to other customers as well—receiving expired food—but it made me feel very uncomfortable.

Ordered on the app. When it said my food was ready, I came to the store- where again I noticed the screen on the wall said my order was ready.
There was no other customers in there. No other orders to be prepared. Yet, when I walked in- the two employees looked shocked that I was there to pick up my food.
“Oh, it’s not ready. Give us 10 minutes.”
Really? What were you doing for the last 17 minutes? Why does the screen say “ready”?
So, I wait for my food only for them to reach and pull the pan out early so they could give it to me quickly- resulting in an undercooked pizza.
Then I see 2 more employees emerging from the back.
So 4 employees are there and cannot manage to handle a SINGLE order? Are you serious? I have NEVER seen such incompetence in my life. And I will NEVER return this location that’s managed about as well as my niece’s lemonade stand.

Trash. This place was just trash. To be honest, I haven’t tried domino’s since betting a kid. But with them advertising a different recipe, different crust, I figured I would try them out. Did the new $9.99 any size and any toppings, NY Style. It was trash. The bone-in wings were more trash. But funny enough, the pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread was good. Only thing ordered that was worth it.
If I’m ever out hungry again, with everywhere else closed, and I have no food at home, and I don’t want to drive far too eat, and I have random money to spend in my pockets, and the world is coming to an end……I would come back and try this place again.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but over the last couple months they’ve gone from a 4 star to a 1 star location. I’ve placed two different orders in the past 2 months. The first one the pizza took almost two hours to arrive and when it got here the pizza was disgusting. I threw out the other half. The second time we ordered cheesy bread sticks and a desert item. That order took 1 hour and 20 minutes on a Wed night. They left off the marina sauce and the sticks were barely edible. They also ran out of the brownies but didn’t bother to call and instead sent a lava cake which I do not eat. So yea this store is officially canceled. They need to fire the entire staff and start all the way over. I hope the food inspectors pull up on them bc I’m sure they won’t earn a high score with this crew. DO BETTER!

Ordered a pizza tonight. Delivery driver rang the bell and put my pizza on the ground. Nowhere in my instruction did I authorize that. Was ready to give him a tip, but he took off running and was at the car by the time I opened the door. Pathetic. I normally do carryout. Might stay with that. I would’ve been angry of bugs got in my food! Rarely have a problem with the actual food.

This Domino’s is always a hit or miss. I don’t do delivery anymore because countless times the food literally came hours after the fact. They had like one delivery person so it was horrible on both ends. I received a ready notification on my app and yet I’ve been sitting here (after travel from my home) for 10 minutes. I’m traveling with a small child which is why I clicked curbside pick up so this is a bit frustrating. If the food isn’t ready DO NOT click that it is ready… this is beyond frustrating. It’s only 6:30 pm so I would hate to be someone that orders around 7 that’s going to be horrible. They seem so busy and overwhelmed. I have no idea how there are like 8 people in here that are working and it’s not efficient. The food is either great or it’s horrible and since I’m still waiting for someone to bring my order out, I won’t be able to give a reliable rating based off of tonight, but in the past it’s been as hit or miss as the delivery and/or pick up… I will start to travel to other locations for better service if need be.

This is a real trash. After 2 hours and half, my delivery still didn’t come though I’m just 2 miles away from this place. I called 3 times to get an update on my order and nobody ever picked up the phone. Surprisingly, they ended up cancelling my order after I’ve waited for 2 hours and 30 min! Unbelievable!

If I had a one-off issue with this place I wouldn’t leave a review, but getting delivery from this Dominos I have a 50% chance of having a really bad experience. The most recent time I ordered my food at 9:20pm, an ETA of 29-55 minutes was given. The order didn’t arrive until 2 hours later. The food was lukewarm and gross and must have been sitting for a while. Unfortunately, this seems to be the expected outcome of ordering delivery from this place, I wish I could order delivery from a different Dominos but the website doesn’t let me choose- the best I can do is do pickup from a different location.

I really hope the manager sees this. This Domino’s location used to be really good. No matter the day or time the pizza was always right, good, and quick. Ever since they hired new employees it’s been super slow. Please bring back your previous employees. The new girls are too slow. We’ve gone there and they’re just laughing on their phones. They have no sense or urgency.
